a lonely sky among the mist - shedding - darci - 09-27-2018 [div style="margin: 0 auto; width: 60%; font-family: georgia; font-size: 13pt; text-align: justify;"]The climate here was, to be put simply, just a bit different than Alaska. While he lived in Alaska, it was not his native home. Both of his parents were from Russia, trained and raced as a sled dog their in her young years. Victor had been born in Russia, but he was no more than a month old when he was brought over to Alaska by the humans to race on American soil. He had no memory of Russia due to how young he had been, but his mother told him many stories about her childhood their. Both he and his brother and sister enjoyed learning how to speak with an American accent. Being raised with Russian-speaking parents, they all had the ability to speak Russian, but it did no good in the Alaskan frontier. Victor had learned English rather quickly and never really spoke Russian since. The canine was not sure if he even knew how to speak his original language fluently anymore. Despite it becoming fall and the temperatures began to plummet back home, not here. It still remained hot and humid, and his body had finally acclimated to the change. The once plush and warm coat he had was falling off, and man, was it itchy. Victor sat off to the side in the middle of the camp, whimpering slightly at the discomfort he felt. He itched and itched, large clumps of fur falling off. Only within a few moments did it appear that it had snowed within the camp, but in reality, it was his fur. It was rather gross, yes, but at this point, Victor just wanted it off. Re: a lonely sky among the mist - shedding - Grey - 09-28-2018 It must be a trend here, to sit in Barracuda Bay looking awful. First it had been Luca, weeping in public and melting on the spot. It was an atrocity to watch and difficult for the male to even consider attempting to hide is disgust at the male's goop, dressing and clinging to the ground he walked on. It made his own feet feel prickly and sticky. Now it is Victor, the sled dog who didn't always seem to fit in within The Typhoon. There were all sorts of strange and ridiculous creatures that inhabited their island, ranging from domestic felines to dragons and dinosaurs, but there was something about a sled dog that felt off. Maybe it was because The Typhoon didn't look like a place that would fit all that fur. And now here he was, sitting there and shedding all that white fur. "Are ya goin' to pick all that fur up afterwards?" Bakugou asks, twitching an ear. God, they need some kind of littering policy. The reaver paws at a bundle of fur, placing a paw and lighting it on fire. Hm, flammable.

The endless Void, The gazing abyss, The bottomless ocean of horror...It coiled itself around your tender heart "You already seemed to have that well in hand" Lucifer mused motioning to the previously lit bundle of shed fur and humming, Bakugou seemed to have the flammability to clear it all without too much trouble - efficient if anything - which would greatly decrease the time spent trying to clean away the fuzz. the dragon's gaze snapped over to the shedding culprit - and a brief thought that thank goodness his forms didn't shed fur or much at all considering his second form's fur, though mostly just as plated as his natural form - and Lucifer clicked his tongue "Getting used to the hot weather I take it?" Re: a lonely sky among the mist - shedding - darci - 10-01-2018 [div style="margin: 0 auto; width: 60%; font-family: georgia; font-size: 13pt; text-align: justify;"]His bright blue eyes watched as Bakugou and Lucifer approached, though he kept scratching away at the clumps of dead hair clinging to his coat. "Surly the wind will blow it away or some cute little bird will use it for her nest." Victor had not thought that far ahead as to consider what he was going to do about all the hair. Perhaps he should have decided to do this by the ocean. Then, the waves would carry the white fur off into the sunset. He watched the clump of fur be lit aflame. Then he looked towards Lucifer's wings. Here, an idea was born. "How about Lucifer uses his wings to blow the fur up, and you," he pointed towards Bakugou with his tail, "set it all on fire?" It was, for the most part, the best way to solve the situation he had created. Victor lacked powers in all physical aspects, thus he would not be much help when it came to incinerating or blowing the hair away. He chuckled lightly at the dragon's inquiry. "A bit. Though, I do miss cold ever so often." Re: a lonely sky among the mist - shedding - Luca - 10-02-2018 Luca sneezed, furiously shaking a clump of white fur from his face and watching with a narrowed eye as it drifted away with the wind. He wondered briefly where all this fur was coming from, but the silent question was answered quickly as he continued walking and the fur became more and more frequent. Finally he happened upon the trio, crinkling his nose slightly at the smell of burning fur. "If you're going to do that, do it someplace where people don't have to smell it." He said somewhat bitterly, again cursing the enhanced senses he had been gifted all those years ago. Burning hair, fur, nails, it was all the same gross horrible scent, and he didn't want to suffer through it if it didn't come with all the fun aspects of lighting people on fire. "Why don't you just brush it out instead? Somewhere less populated though," He said, approaching Victor and attempting to run his paw over the canine's back. Always too touchy-feely, hopefully the guy wouldn't mind too much. Luca seemed lost in thought all of a sudden, trying to remember where he had stored that brush of his that he never used. He had never shed himself, so he had mainly used it for aesthetic purposes in the past. However, it hadn't taken long for him to realize that taming his unruly fur was a fruitless endeavor. No matter how many times he brushed it, it still stuck up and curled in all sorts of directions.
