UNRAVEL // o, alliance request, RR - tristitia - 09-20-2018

Did she think they would accept? Heck no! They would have likely never accepted from a weird group with magic-wielding and weird animals. But, there was still a small part of her that wanted to ask. She wanted to actually have people to invite to their festival.

So, that is why Runicflare made the trip to the snow-blanketed area. She huffed, dusting off the white powder from her paws. Just what was this stuff? And what were the white things on their blue ceiling? Not to mention that weird... ball looking thing that shone. Nevermind. She could find out later.

The wolf waits, near her, a basket of sweaters, hot cocoa, fire wood, blankets, and scarves. She wraps her tail around it and calls, "I am Runicflare, leader of the Recondite Realm. I have brought gifts and would like to ask about a possible alliance between our groups."

Re: UNRAVEL // o, alliance request, RR - ATBASH CIPHER. - 09-24-2018

ATBASH CIPHER
is someone else in me,
waiting to break free?
At one time, there had only been four groups: Tanglewood, The Typhoon, The Ascendants, and Snowbound. Then newer, smaller groups started to pop up and interact with the much bigger groups and eventually started to become large enough to gain attention. The Pitt and Sunhaven were two groups that gained a large following, the latter of which allied themselves with Snowbound. The Pitt, on the other hand, quickly became enemies due to taking in Stryker and, of course, taking over Snowbound. But luckily for Runicflare, Atbash wasn't wary of strangers near their territory.

"Hey there." The one-eyed she-cat greeted as she approached the other leader, dipping her head. "I'm Atbash Cipher, the leader here." She introduced herself quickly, deciding to sit down once Runicflare mentioned that she was were to talk about a possible alliance. This slightly concerned the Hailcaller, considering the last time they allied with a smaller group, they just... stopped interacting. "Who are your current allies, and what can you offer us?" Atbash asked next, remembering the questions Bastilleprisoner had asked her when she visited The Ascendants. Although Recondite Realm, as Runicflare called them, was a small group, Atbash supposed she could give them a chance. She would probably talk to Snowbound about the decision, just like she had done with Sunhaven.

[div style="width: 360px; font-family: verdana; color: #fcb3b5; text-align: left; padding-top: 15px; padding-left: 10px"]LA VI EST DROLE!

alliances. alliances. alliances. more new, baby-fresh clans popping up. calling for aid in this cruel world that heralded disasters that could swallow them up in a mere moment's notice, sharp and unforgiving. obscure groups were the most susceptible to these risks. and she could only assume they were scrambling to secure associations. allies in this world so far from the city she had grown up in, as far as nui was aware, were built out of sheer necessity. a surefire way to recieve supplies should they be in need-- back up from threats. that much was easy to see.

as an icestriker, it was her duty to be present during these affairs. to learn the ins and outs of their alliances. to know their cons and pros so intimately that she could be able to determine what would be beneficial to snowbound as a whole and aid atbash in her decision on making friends.

beneficial to snowbound as a whole. funny. she only knew the selfishness of prioritizing herself of doing things to her own benefit. now she had a rank and responsibilities and the boring triviality that everyday life had become.

she settled in next to atbash, eyeing the stranger intently with a lancing gaze of cobalt.

"we thank you dearly for the gifts," atbash had already begun speaking; addressing the topic and the meat of it. there is not much for here to do here anymore. only to listen and absorb information what she can for later use.
