(one doesn't need to wait for Guru to post to approach first! [member=118]Guru[/member] This is retro to the capture of Jacob!)

Killua had once thought of it as pride when it came to dealing with the targets he was sent on missions for. It was perfectly fine for Killua to take the life of others in a simple matter of seconds. He had been what his family had created him to be after all. Killua had soon figured out that there was maybe more to life than just killing over and over again. Ging through the same process. Gather information. Find the location. Kill the target. He played it by the book, and because he did so he didn't fail. He had only failed to kill someone once, but that was because he hadn't done enough research on her and her powers caught him by surprise too. Killua wasn't a fan when it came to losing a fight though, and most of the time he would like to be prepared before attacking anyone. He knew with the way that the clans fought they would instill raids without even thinking about the powers that their opponents could have. There were several flaws that anyone could point out with any of the clans. It was obvious by now to the assassin after having spent most of his time in the clans in order to run away from his family. That didn't mean he had to enjoy the experience and join in their stupidity though. Killua had already decided that he was going to visit all of the clans. Some of them were quite interesting, especially with their territory. His visit with Tanglewood didn't exactly go his way considering that the leader of the group had kissed him to try and get him to go away when he simply wanted to chat with others. Which nearly made him vomit but he was able to contain himself. Next came the Ascendants, which seemed to be a regular group that he would interact with. They actually had a pretty cool territory though, that being they lived in an observatory. Something that he had only heard word of mouth, and have never been inside of one. Since he was only visiting them, they had welcomed him to be able to look at the observatory as long as he didn't cause trouble. He knew that the way that the two clanners had talked to one another that if he tried anything they would probably try to attack him. Tough luck. Killua had already visited the Typhoon once before and wasn't sure if he really enjoyed the experience. He was able to talk to someone, but that was in. Argus had been the only one that had come up, her memories of him dictating the ways that she was going to act around him. When the other had said that she knew who he was, Killua nearly went into a panic and immediately became afraid of the female. Which weren't his own emotions but instead emotions put his own mind thanks to his brother. He had left after having his questions answered, and he was forced to figure out whether or not they were lies or not. Recently though, he didn't have to go back to the Typhoon to meet any other Typhoon members.

Instead, one came to them, but instead of Argus who didn't really seem to have an intention of wanting to hurt him when he just wanted to talk, the caracal that appeared in the territory, seemed to be up to no good. Killua wasn't going to have it, besides, the assassin was itching for a fight after his interaction with Argus. Someone he still didn't know the name of. Short story, Killua ended up winning the fight, but not without another Snowbounder getting injured to the point of almost dying. Her hemophilia coming close to killing her, and if he hadn't been there to patch up her wounds she would have died. He had so badly wanted to kill her, but had stopped himself. Which was probably for the best. Killua wasn't large enough to be able to throw the other onto his back, and instead, he had been forced to drag the female across the ground. He knew that there was practically only one way to get to the Typhoon since his last visit, which was across the train tracks. Killua had been forced to wait for a little bit so that he didn't end up drowning her if the place was covered with water. The albino serval moved raised his head and tossed the female over the border between the gate. He didn't end up stopping her bleeding, but it wasn't anything that would really kill her after all. She would have severe bruising for a couple days. For the first time though, Killua would turn off his air elementals that were keeping his scent hidden. The scent of Snowbound permeating through the border of Typhoon. He made sure to remain on the border, for the time being, obviously looking irritated. There wasn't a nice look in his eyes. "Telegram!" Killua shouted, his metal claws flexing into the dirt.

Re: YOU'LL NEVER KNOW WHAT HIT YOU | {OPEN, RETURNING GURU, INJURIES} - ARGUS - 04-08-2018

YOU'LL KNOW I WASN'T JOKING WHEN YOU SEE THEM TOO
Argus has always been aware of killua, since he first showed up on the border of a desert, the scent of fish and death clinging to his pelt. Argus would have shown an interest in meeting him then- if it weren't for her own dead relative he had delivered to her. Dead. Rather than dying, because there was nothing the medics could do to help her son and he was dead. Now argus was.... preoccupied at the time. Blinded with rage an unable to see the logic, the reason behind killua's appearance. But she has had time to think things through now. She was honestly surprised to see Killua on the border before- see him still alive and kicking and still young. He had hidden his scent well enough with the casual display of power, but argus was of a different kind- she tracked souls as easily as breathing. Her work as a shinigami gave her practice

So when her senses sparked with the familiar aura of Killua she felt her own stomach roll. Either he was here to dig more information, or he had decided what to do with what he learned. An attempt at her life would not be well received- Argus would be upset to kill the person she had set to befriend, if nothing other than putting the screaming voice of her son to rest. But it wasn't the only reason, Killua has been acting off since she knew him know. Not remembering his time in riverclan beside to kill someone there. It was very interesting- and Argus liked interesting things.

When she approached, the scent of Snowbound and Guru assaulted her nose. Making her nose wrinkle slightly at the harshness of it- ice and cold was not Argus' element at all. She stepped into the open without any fanfare. Dark eyes watching both her interest and her crewmate.

Two sides of herself raged internally. To protect her clanmate- her family. Killua had unconsciously stepped into familiar territory- setting Argus on edge as she desperately tried to keep her from comparing how similar this exchange was. If only just at first. But the other was dark and insisting, interest curling into her psyche and tempting her away with only a thought. Killua was here, if not only to deliver her clanmate back but maybe she could press for more information maybe-

Killua was an assassin, trained to kill quickly and efficiently. So Garu being alive was clearly set as a warning. She let out a loose hum at the thought. Guru was one to push and push - probably tempted the young apprentice into a fight if anything else. "What did she do?" The striker asked, voice soft as she approached, checking to see if Guru was even awake to respond or if she would have to wait for Killua to respond.

Killua of course would remember the interaction that he had ended up having with Argus. With as much mental trauma that he had gone through, that had been one of the most stressful moments he had ever been dealt with in the clans. He didn't expect anyone to know who he was because he kept such a low profile in the clans that most of the time he made sure that he wasn't even really noticed all that much. Others may know him just because he goes around a little bit way too much, but what was he supposed to do when there was nothing happening in the group that he was currently living in? Just sit and let the bored emotions that he constantly felt rot him away from the inside out? He thought not. He needed to keep himself occupied, and it was because of that he had come across the canine, and thought it was just going to be a regular interaction. Instead, the interaction had been put on its head once the other had revealed that she had actually knew him. Killua had only gone through some emotional trauma like this similar to when his brother would commonly approach him about ready to give his younger brother punishment again for not following the orders that he had been given to him. Killua was able to start to figure out what his brother had been trying to do to his emotion while he had interacted with the female. Someone he still didn't know the name of, not like it really mattered to him. The assassin figured out that Argus potentially knew information that his older brother didn't want him to know about. Why would his older brother put so much effort into effecting his memories if what she was saying was a lie? It didn't make any sense toward him after all. His older brother had tried to make Killua go aggressive against the canine. But that hadn't been why he was there in the first place. He had just wanted to talk to some other faces that weren't in Snowbound for a little bit. Who knew that an interaction would go so far to the point that they would almost get to where they wanted to kill each other. Killua had stopped his aggression by inflicting a wound on himself. Then he had tried to figure out whatever Argus was saying was lie or truth. Since Illumi couldn't control his younger brother through the means of aggression, he decided to do the next best thing. Fear. There was only one instance in his life that Killua had actually felt fear for once, and that had been when he was up against his brother. His brother is the only one capable of instilling such an emotion into him. So for him to feel it against the canine it had immediately set him on edge. Soon he couldn't take the forces and the emotions in his head and he ended up running away. An action that he hadn't done in a very long time. Ever since then, Killua hadn't been himself and he hadn't managed to figure out why. If his brother wanted to mess with him, he would have stopped by now and shown himself. Instead, he didn't and kept himself hidden. There was still a chance that the other didn't even remotely know about his whereabouts and actually didn't know where he was. He hoped it was that, as he wasn't prepared right now to face off his brother in his current condition. Killua's body immediately tensed up at the sight of the white-hued canine though. Her fur strikingly similar to the way his own fur was. It made him uneasy. A pained look seemed to spread across his facial features for a couple seconds as the color of his eyes flashed to black. He raised one of his paws to touch the side of his head, his claws and the paws of his pads smeared with the female's blood. He focused on keeping himself calm and not trying to give into the emotions that most likely not his own. The other wasn't going to attack him, at least that's what he was hoping. Considering her body language, she definitely wasn't happy with this situation.

It was then Killua realized that it might be similar to what she was talking about when he had dropped her dead son off. But this wasn't a family matter right now, and instead, it seemed to be a simple individual. Was Typhoon going to end up becoming an enemy to Snowbound? If this was the case he would make sure to relay it to the rest of Snowbound. The true question was though, would he be able to beat the female in a fight? Could he even win? questions jumbled themselves around in his contaminated head as he struggled to stay focused on the situation that was in front of him. His eyes had already returned to their usual shade, and he lowered his claw back onto the graveled ground. His breathing had quickened significantly, but not because of his exhaustion, but because of the emotions that were running through his body. "She's not going to die if that's what you're looking for. Her wounds are minor, she's lucky." Killua growled low as he lashed his shortened tail behind him. His large ears were pointed in the canines direction, and it was obvious he was alert to all of his surroundings. "She.." He paused so that he could raise one of his bloodied paws and point a claw at her, ".. attacked a child. One that didn't deserve it. She nearly killed her. If I hadn't been there she would have bled to death right outside of our camp." Killua spat the words out. Sure, London was older than he was, but he didn't have a medical condition like she did. The albino clouded leopard having hemophilia, so a simple scratch could be quick enough to be the likes of ending her life. There seemed to be a hint underneath Killua's tone, almost only directed toward Argus when he spoke. As if to say 'she's lucky I didn't kill her' type of tone. His metal claws flexed into the ground as his shoulder muscles seemed to twitch. There was something off about the child.

Re: YOU'LL NEVER KNOW WHAT HIT YOU | {OPEN, RETURNING GURU, INJURIES} - Revan - 04-09-2018

Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Darth Revan — Male — The Typhoon — House Acolyte — Very Difficult
Revan made himself present at the sound of Killua's announcement, walking over at a rather brisk pace. Perhaps he would have been quicker if not for the presence of Argus already clearly having stepped up to question the Snowbounder. What exactly had happened didn't really concern the black feline in any way really. He couldn't care less. It was pertinent information to the rest of Typhoon, their captain specifically, but the explanation for the event was bothersome at best and distracting at worse. He was there to kill and heal. If Argus was going to handle the first option then he'd be relegated to the second option, eyes falling upon the injured form of Guru.

The metal masked Sith slowly walked over, examining Guru's body quickly with a cursory glance. The female was certainly roughed up, but the actual wounds themselves weren't fatal. Debilitating? Likely, at least for awhile. But Killua hadn't lied about that much unless she'd been poisoned, something he couldn't exactly tell visually without some sort of symptom exposing itself first. For now though it appeared that Guru had been returned in good faith, alive and kicking in the future. With at least three of her legs that was. It appeared like she had an injured tendon, but the severity of it was hard to tell. Regardless none of her wounds weren't pressing enough to give his entire attention to while the Snowbounder was still present.

The one who had come was a child in age, but the look upon his face and the words that fell from his maw said otherwise. Revan narrowed his eyes from behind the visor, metal mask obscuring any expression and slightly distorting his voice. "That's unfortunate news for the child I suppose. Then again if she was perhaps stronger, perhaps faster, perhaps smarter... She wouldn't have been in that situation to begin with," the Sith began with words that held a prodding challenge, a taunt to the child who was brimming with anger. "Thankfully there are still selfless heroes like you in the world. Isn't that right?" Revan continued, head tilting to the side in question underneath the hooded cloak. For someone who knew how the body worked, especially for felines like himself, reading Killua's body language was childs play. That was of course why he pressed on the building frustration from the other male.
