Hey, I was wondering if unofficial groups could become official (e.g. backboards), and if so, what would the requirements for these be?

We are not using backboards for unofficial groups because it can take up space so instead one uses the prefixes for their group.

An unofficial group can become official but only if an official group is needed to be removed or replaced.
