Honestly, it was the same for Atbash; everything happened so fast. First, she was trying to make amends with The Pitt, the next she was captured under Stryker and the next, Snowbound was taken over by him and his clan. Snowbound tried to stop him but he promptly took our her eye and... that's all Atbash remembered, really. The days following that event had been a blur until she became strong enough to remain conscious. Eventually, she got with Nui and was able to plot a rebellion with the Icestriker and Snowbound was freed.

That being said, Atbash still felt guilty about everything and she didn't want to be seen as weak. So the Hailcaller was often outside of her cabin, practicing getting used to her surroundings once more. It was awful and sometimes the she-cat got phantom pains, causing her to have to retreat back to her cabin and take poppy seeds to ease her into sleep. Atbash wished there was a way to get rid of those false pains but unfortunately there wasn't any way to get rid of them. She... just had to get used to them.

"Yuuri?" Atbash called out to the pup as she approached the sleeping bundle of fur, her ears pricked and her eye glittering with concern. She frowned down at the young girl, worry going through her as she realized the possibility of Yuuri being sick. After all, she was just a child and Snowbound's terrain was new for her. She wouldn't have had time to get used to the territory just yet so of course there was a possibility of her getting sick. Izuku isn't here... At least, she hadn't seen the Frosthealer for a while.

Atbash tried to curl around Yuuri, trying to provide heat to the blind pup. "It's Atbash," The Hailcaller tried to soothe her. "Are you okay?" The shivering is what worried her the most. Why wasn't she inside her cabin? That was something she could ask later once she's calmed the girl down.

A wave of relief crashed over Atbash as Yuuri huddled closer to her, clearly welcoming the warmth her leader was giving her. The she-cat purred, trying to soothe Yuuri more, though the sound briefly paused as Yuuri called her 'Mom'. Atbash blinked in surprise before shaking off the thought; she's adopted others before. If Yuuri wanted to call her 'Mom', that was fine with her. Atbash frowned as she watched Yuuri move and shiver, taking note of the ice on the girl's coat. She tensed up hearing the coughs that escaped Yuuri. "I'm going to take you to my cabin," Atbash stated in a soft tone. Gently, she tried to pick up Yuuri and, if successful, would begin to walk towards her own house.

The first step was getting Yuuri warm and then worry about everything else. Unfortunately, Atbash didn't know how to fix frostbite or the coughs that were coming from the pup, and Izuku wasn't around very often anymore, but... Nui and Gwen had the Evergreen title. If anything, she could try and call out to them telepathically and get them to check out Yuuri.

Atbash moved carefully towards her house, trying her best not to move Yuuri around too much. The she-cat tried not to bite down into the pup's scruff too hard as she jumped into the doorway and entered her cabin. "Hanf on," Atbash spoke as much as she could as she set Yuuri down before going to shut the door behind her. Yuuri had to get warm and quick, and having that door open definitely wouldn't help. Speaking of which, she needed to get the girl a blanket. Atbash went towards her room and came back, carrying a fluffy blanket with her before she tried to gently wrap it around Yuuri.

Atbash quickly conjured up a cup of hot chocolate, though she kept it at her paws for a couple of minutes to let it cool down. "Yuuri, are you doing okay?" She asked. "What were you doing out there by yourself?" That was concerning, especially considering the weather. Not only was it bad for the pup to be outside in such a state, but the weather was starting to get colder and that would absolutely affect her. So why did she not go into her own cabin?

"Ghosts?" Atbash echoed Yuuri's words with a frown, her ears pricking at the mention of them. She knew there were people who had died and their spirits were left to wander the places they've lived, especially if they felt their death was far too early. Hell, they even had some superstitions about spirits that haunted the lake. "They won't harm you," The Hailcaller went on. "I promise they won't. They can't touch you." Right? At least, that's what she thought, anyway.
