LUCKY DUCKY • WEEKLY TASKS 9/11 - ISIDORE. - 09-11-2018 [align=center][div style="borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; width: 500px; padding-bottom: 17px; overflow: stretch; font-family: verdana; font-size: 13px;"]The pure white serval shuffled forward, right ear twitching as he circled the observatory. Weekly tasks were a thing he was yet to form a solid opinion on. He liked them because they forced people to step outside their boundaries, to formulate a new creative perspective for something usually so mundane. However, his experiences with weekly tasks on the opposite end of the host, left a bad taste in his mouth when he thought of weekly tasks. Isidore always remembered that task that Moon had given him, putting him uncomfortably on his own to host an art class. It was an experience that left him wondering how he should handle dealing out the weekly tasks this time. Should he be more kind or really make the Ascendants squirm? Tilting his head up high so his voice would project as he spoke, he announced, ”Ah ... uh, come here to get a weekly task, please!” Dory smiled faintly, hoping his deep call would beckon the sight of familiar faces. New faces, too, he anticipated to see, thinking of the weekly tasks as a job for himself to get a good look at the new members he hadn’t gotten to know yet. "Should probably get one." Alexander said bluntly, though he offered Isidore a small smile upon strolling forward, head tilting slightly. The last task he did involved him, a family of rabbits, and he didn't even do that. Well, eventually. Just on his own time. They were a nice little family, if not big. Rabbits and their litter sizes, quite the bunch those were.

Moving closer a smile curled about his lips and there was a bit of a bounce to his steps, drawing to a stop rather close to Isidore. Reaching out Har gently tapped his leg and then his own chest, asking for a task of his own. Suite and Margy used to do weekly tasks. In fact, the pair had done it so often that it was odd to see and hear someone else doing it. Not to mention that she hadn't taken on a weekly task in several months - but now she was searching for a distraction. Something to take her mind off of Margy and Suite and the hollow music that echoed in her ears every time she even considered picking up her ukulele.

Re: LUCKY DUCKY • WEEKLY TASKS 9/11 - trojan g. - 09-14-2018 Padding over in a really quick track post, Roman would ask for a task. Re: LUCKY DUCKY • WEEKLY TASKS 9/11 - ghostpact - 09-15-2018
Everyone else seemed to know what this meant, and he felt a little silly not knowing it himself. Weekly task, that was pretty self explanatory, he thought. But at the same time, he felt maybe he could be misunderstanding and that would've been embarrassing. He lingered for a moment, watching and listening to others. He would just copy what they were saying. Finally, golden eyes turned to the one at the head of this operation and he spoke up. "Uh. I would... like a task as well?"

The idea was a little corny, but it was something different to do, something that could keep everyone’s pulse’s beating. His brows picked up a bit when he spoke, grinning gently as the crowd began to slowly freckle into a larger mass. ”Moon, hey, how ‘bout a umm ... nice, clean and fun game of truth or dare.” Dory nodded his head to the lion, looking a bit mischievous as he gave out his task. He was feeling a bit more confident up there as he starting dealing out tasks to the Ascendants, espesically in the presence of Moon. Isidore’s face opened up on the sight of Harland right in front of him. ”Har, if you look in one of the storage spaces around the observatory, you might find pillows— a lot of them. Why don’t you pull them out so we can all make our own forts?” He didn’t feel the need to project his voice so much to the child, which he preferred over the half-yell he had to do. But once he was done with Harland, he looked back to catch sight of Hazel next. ”Hmm ... Hazel, you know capture the flag, right? Set up a game for the whole observatory to play, please.” He was excited about that one, he hadn’t been too active as of lately, and felt like he needed to stretch out his legs for once. ”Now Roman, you know a thing or two about herbs right? Know anything about poisonous ones? Could you hold a little safety class on toxic plants?” Isidore said. He had an unfortunate encounter with poison ivy once, thinking it’d be nice to draw. It had not been nice at all, espesically since he’d gotten it all over his paws. Lastly, he looked over to Nakir, a face he hadn’t seen yet— at least he didn’t think so. ”Hey there, do you know any spooky ghost stories? If not, there’s a book I found on some that I can lend to you. For your weekly tasks, could you read out some stories in the dark over a flashlight?” It was nearly that season, anyway. Had Bastille ever actually finished the task Moon gave him? Possibly. Maybe not nearly to the standards that the asshole had outlined, simply because he didn't have that kind of time of his hands nor the will to take anything Moon said seriously. Whatever. "Hit me," he provided, looking unapologetic to pester Dory after he'd already dealt with the majority of them.
