OF WHAT'S LEFT OF US // joiner - tristitia - 09-11-2018

When the captain found himself in this body, he felt... different. Well, why? Because the he was now a she! "Naomi", she was called. And he stuck with that. How they didn't need to know who he-- no, she was. This was a brand new start. At least, she hoped so. Green pupils narrow as she makes her way over and sits down, tail flicking behind her. Her face is all too feminine-- kind, gentle. Happy. With a bark, she calls out, "I'm Naomi and I would like to join!"

//please use she/her pronouns when referring to Naomi!!

Bex herself had only joined not long ago, actually, it was just yesterday that she had been welcomed into the group. It had been an interesting night living somewhere new for the first time, but she was sure that she would adjust soon enough. She had been to many different places before, so it wasn't like this was much different. The only difference was that she hoped to stay here for a long while, since she seemed to be enjoying it already. The collie hadn't been doing much at the moment, and her attention was easily caught by a voice requesting to join. She approached the newcomer with a smile, rather excited to see another canine here. "Oh, cool! Welcome to Sunhaven, Naomi," she woofed, coming to a halt once she reached the other female. "I'm Bex."

Re: OF WHAT'S LEFT OF US // joiner - GORDON CIPHER. - 09-12-2018

Gordon had been here for a while but admittedly, she was still getting used to the territory and often followed her clanmates around whenever she wanted to go outside of camp. And that's exactly what she had been doing, when Bex veered off to greet somebody at the border. "H-hey!" Gordon squeaked out as she came to stand next to Bex. "Welcome to Sunhaven. My-my name's Gordon Cipher." She went on. "I'm-I'm a Dawnguard here."

It'd been almost two weeks.  Only by a day really.  Tena still tended to wander.  Aimless.  Biting her lips.  Keeping to herself.  Hasn't quite picked out a place to stay even.  Not that sleeping under the stars bothered her.  She quite liked it.  Perhaps the petite sand cat was still finding herself.  Still looking.  At least Sunhaven had been welcoming and kind thus far.  Interesting too.

So, she offered a small smile as she found herself padding up behind Gordon, tail flicking.  She'd been wandering again.  Not really paying attention.  Beautiful place.  "Tena.  I'm an Hearthkeeper." Her unusual blue eyes flickered, almost bored.  Patience was not her strong point.  "Welcome." She could be friendly at least.

Re: OF WHAT'S LEFT OF US // joiner - ghostpact - 09-13-2018

This place was really starting to give him a headache and he'd hardly even been around them for very long. Half the reason he even bothered to stay was for the protection living in a group would offer someone. It was far better than living on one's own. At least, in a sense. Who knows what would come after him next, at least he had a group at his back now. His approach to this newcomer and the following clanmates was hesitant, he hardly wanted to deal with anyone. But, he couldn't just laze about while he used a group's resources without any sort of pay back. He could at the very least pretend he was doing something. So, after a moment of debate with himself, the Hellhound approached the four.

"Hi. Name's Ghost," he grunted. He had absolutely nothing else to offer to the conversation other than uncomfortable glaring.

Oh. Oh no. There were so many people. She did not like crowds. She backed up a bit, biting her tongue. At first, she does not say anything in response to the multitude of ranks she is introduced to. She isn’t focused on them.  She knows if she speaks, all that will fall from her maw is a bit of gibberish. Her nervous look eventually fades, as she takes deep breaths and resumes quietly. "Well... it’s nice to meet you all. I’m sure we’ll be fast friends." Ugh. Saying that made her feel sick. She was a soldier, she wasn’t supposed to “make friends”. Still, she offers a nervous smile.

Then she sees the Pharoah Hellhound. At first, her cheeks warm as she blushes. Oh. He was here? Yeah. It was Ghost. God, why did he have to be here? She bites her tongue yet again, scrambling for words as he just gives uncomfortable glares. Just leave it to Simon to do that. "Nice to meet you... Ghost." The silver shepherd finally manages to get out.

Honestly, Gordon could relate to the unease of being around so many people, especially if they were strangers. The Dawnguard frowned as she noticed Naomi backed up, recognizing it as a sign of being uncomfortable around crowds. "Ah, do you want a tour?" The she-cat tried to offer, trying to give Naomi a reassuring smile. "I-I can show you around, if you want."
