MIKHAIL, also known as "MISHKA" to his close associates, however few they may be
an Amur tiger of no current allegiances, in the companion of a doughty blue roan mare, "Noya"

A grizzled tiger of lean physique, he is not as bulky as others of his species but makes up for the lack of raw strength with speed and precision. A gross scar mars the left side of his face over an empty eye socket, a testament to a terrible catastrophe of summers past. He speaks with a faint, almost imperceptible, accent, and his words are often marked with a biting blunt or sarcastic cadence.

His traveling companion is a mare, lame in the back leg, who is more than just a simple beast of burden. Though not sentient in the sense that many other creatures are, this horse, dubbed "Noya," has proven to be a stout companion in the face of obstacles thick and thin. Despite her lack of words, this horse is strangely quite perceptive of our shifting realities.

By the nature of their camaraderie, these two have both braved the vicissitudes of fate to find that this strange companionship was more than of utilitarian nature. But, the most pertinent question should be: where else would this twisting and meandering path lead?[Image: 17MkDTB.gif]
