Tired eyes, half lidded and peering into the night sky - looking, but not seeing, clouded with things unseen. A breath. Two. The silence settling over the earth as soft paws pause in their travels, the sea lapping at old rusted railroad tracks the only sound to pervade the air. Inhaling ice, exhaling fire - both burn, but the former is more bearable, breathing life into aлексей.

The silence is unbearable.

The darkness is borderline insufferable, suffocating and shrouding the land around the lion, and after a few more seconds they shift yet again, strong paws moving forward. They barely make a sound, muffled against steel and grass, soft as feathers yet still capable of killing, stained red in her memory. Those days are gone, but feel just as real as today. The air of the past still suffocates her.

Sometimes all you can do is walk forward.

The glint of gold between the darkness, calling, reaching... begging to be rung, if only to sate the curiosity tugging at the seams of an already burdened mind. A pause. Two breaths. The silence becomes too much again, and a strong paw finally pushes the metal, the loud sound replacing the screams. All she can hear is ringing.

It is a welcome reprieve.

[ ooc ] ooo, interesting writing style! it's really immersive. that being said, here lies bakugou's 100th post

Again it is that bell, that infuriating scream of metal clashing against metal. If strangers knew of the great annoyance those bells gave, perhaps there being a sign which politely notified everyone of the sound, one would have to be a complete masochist to dare tap the smooth gold. Perhaps they should situate black mambas at both walls and ask all foreigners to simply adopt the virtue of patience, wait for the casual passing Typhooner than aggressively ring a bell. It's been too many times that Bakugou has become enraged by the number of creatures who will repeatedly chime the obnoxious noise that he gave up coming all together, preferring to stay in his hut and just scream into a pile of animal rugs. Maybe he is just being dramatic though because this time, the sound of the bell is the same as it always has been - annoying but normalised within his mind, almost as if his brain could process the sound as being almost nonexistent, drowned out by the gentle hum of his thoughts.

Bakugou's eyes wander over the form of a lion, expression indifferent to his form. Now, one could come to correct Bakugou of his mislabeling but the privateer would only argue that the fem wasn't holding up a "she-her" poster above her, no neon-glowing lights to warn him that she identified herself as female. Still, the fiery male would judge the stranger as critically as possible, eyes half-squinted - getting there but not quite, almost condescending and detached of any emotions he may exchange with the feline. "Name's Bakugou," the ragdoll mutters his formalities, flicking an ear when he moves straight to business, "You rung the bell so what do you want?" He doesn't feel the need to ask for the lion's name in return for his. After all, if this turned out to be a mistake it was a waste of breath to have asked for the creature's name. Of course, Bakugou was in no mood for anyone to try and be funny by saying that they wanted a double decaf latte with mocha sprinkles in response to his rather impassioned 'what do you want' inquiry. He was willing to fry any smartass who tried it.

ALL ALONE HE TURNS TO STONE !
CAESAR CIPHER. MALE. THE TYPHOON. OFFICER.
"Probably joining or some shit." Caesar grunted in response to Bakugou's question, snorting a bit as he came to stand next to the other male. Sure, he supposed this stranger could be just visiting or something, but it wasn't very often people did that. And they didn't smell of an enemy clan, either, so there was that fact.
#psychosocial.

It doesn’t take long for someone to approach, the loneliness ebbing away in time with the thud of paws sauntering forward. Each step brings aлексей further into the present, scarlet glow fading away from burdened visions. They are still there, lurking in the shadows and attempting to convince those they haunt that they are still there... but aлексей ignores them in favor of the two before her.

A silence settles once more, quietly goading speech but not forcing it, until eventually the ringing stops completely and the time for words settles upon them.

Где я??” The question is strong, rough, accent anything but an afterthought. It sounds heavy, although not to the one who spoke it, fluent upon a gentle tongue despite the strength it seems to hold. There is a brief silence, the realization that if they both spoke English it must have meant they would not understand the foreign speak dawning...

The tongue that felt so smooth on her tongue now feels heavy.

“Where am I?” With an accent equally as strong, if not more prominent, the question is rephrased... and then the silence settles once more, waiting for an answer aлексей hoped would come.

"This is The Typhoon." Pip did not speak especially loudly, though he did so clearly, unable to recognize what language this stranger spoke but able to understand that English probably wasn't her strongest suit. It wasn't an issue- in all honesty, the child found himself with questions, and if she was here to stay like Caesar suggested so indelicately, maybe she wouldn't mind teaching Pip a few things. Only if she wanted to, and, again, if she even stayed. To counter the gruffer demeanors of the others present, he smiled warmly at the lion, hoping it might make her more comfortable. Not everyone liked to be smiled at, though, and not everyone liked children. "My name is Pip. What is yours?" He would have to ask her why she was here, as she hadn't answered Bakugou, although Pip did not blame her; arriving here in a strange place and needing to speak a foreign language must be difficult to handle. Overlooking one or two things was completely understandable.

Re: Пламя [ joining ] - Character Graveyard. - 09-03-2018

The ringing of the bell was always nice to hear. It told everybody on the island if there was any joiners or visitors at the only safe entrance into their territory. Upon hearing the distant ringing, the male's ears would lift upward and he made his way over to the scene. Sanguine-colored eyes would blink as they landed on the unfamiliar female.

Seeing that the others had already questioned her, Kirishima would take a seat, near the back of the small group. If the stranger happened to be hostile, he didn't want to be her first target as he'd suffered from enough injuries lately and frankly, he was growing irritated of being hurt.
