russian roulette | ilijas - Talanah Valentine. - 08-18-2018

[align=center][div style="width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-family: verdana; font-size: 13px;"]Word had reached her that Ilijas was staying here now. The siblings were long estranged, but that didn't necessarily mean she felt nothing towards her brother. He was still her brother, as dumb and as aggravating as he was. Though you may never hear her say it, she cared deeply for him, and felt some sort of obligation to come say hello.

Deciding to be respectful - that'd be a first for her - Talanah arrived at the border and took a seat, snowy white fur standing out against the lush, beachy backdrop of the territory. She had no idea how her twin may react to her sudden appearance here. Moreover, she had no idea that Ilijas thought she was dead. Never in a million years would she have thought that he would stumble upon her crime scene.

Talanah's death had been a turning point in Ilijas life, one that had left him completely and utterly alone, his parents far too deadbeat to try and reunite with and the rest of his family unknown names and faces that he had never had the privilege of meeting. Tally was his last true connection to anyone and without her, Ilijas felt detached and lost, traveling and photography suddenly the only ways to fill the void she had left within him. He never talked to anyone about what he saw nor did he ever properly handle the grief of losing her, instead using it as a motivation to continue to live in that idiotic fashion of his because... wouldn't she have wanted that?

As he did his rounds for the day, Ilijas could say with the utmost of certainty that he hadn't anticipated running into his supposedly dead sister, all but stopping in his tracks as he stared at her like she was some sort of incorporeal entity. She probably didn't recognize him, not in this body anyways, and without even a second thought, Ilijas was shifting into his fox body, those chestnut colored eyes of his wide with disbelief. [color=gray]"T-Talanah?" He stammered, [color=gray]"It's you? How? Why? Oh my god."
