Sweets had always been Marcel's thing from something as small as a jolly rancher or lollipop to something bigger like a cupcake or flat out a cake. While he was sick he had to cut back on the sweets and sugars but with him starting to become better, the males sweet tooth was beginning to bother him, the cheetah desperately in need of a few easy sweets. Lately he had been craving sweets and in his mind if something that could dispense sweets for him existed, he wanted it badly. Getting one sweet at a time took far too long for him and it annoyed him, finding someone who was baking which took a while of strolling down around the central hub where there were stands on top of stands lined up along the beach and frankly Marcellus couldn't find one person or one stand that was in the category of selling sweets. His paws guided him along Barracuda Bay, his eyes looking from each person and stand until he was at the last one and saw nothing. No one selling anything but weapons or armor or jewelry even, which he had little to no interest in any of those.

Marcellus took in a sharp inhale followed by a bout of coughing, the male sniffling heavily and turning on his heels to go back through the central hub to check one more time. He had began padding down for a while, halfway through the lined up stands before the scent of something sweet caught him. It was as if the king cheetah hadn't had something to eat in years as he began to practically race towards the scent and follow it, leading him to a small stand that was still setting up. On the table of the stand were cupcakes, cakes, cookies, and candy. For a moment he contemplated having them all but eventually he chose the cake which was nearly the size of a cupcake if not a bit bigger, the king cheetah taking his purchase and moving to near the water where he would lie down and begin to dig into the vanilla cake, the vanilla frosting staining the fur around his mouth before he licked his tongue around it. Finally the males sweet tooth had been completely satisfied with some vanilla cake left over on his plate, though he wasn't going to let it go to waste.

[align=center][div style="width: 450px; text-align: justify; margin-top: -8px; padding-right: 8px; font-family: verdana;"][size=8pt]Sylvina had always been a fan of the assorted pop up shops and stands that various crewmates worked along Barracuda Bay. The calming scent of baked goods mixed with the ocean breeze truly was the best smell and she often found herself aimlessly walking the beach to simply take in the aroma. Although cupcakes and sweets smelled rather delicious, the young minnow had never indulged her curiosity to try the homemade treats. Jacob was a fantastic baker and often made his various step children a batch or so of muffins, so the need to buy anything else never really surfaced with such a great cook in the family.

She did however like to browse the weaponry and jewelry that were always on display. Sylvina found that it was best to go out in the morning when the merchants had a new display of their items to sell, and as the saying "the early bird catches the worm" goes, she would snatch up the best of the best before the majority of the Typhoon invaded the shops. Today had proved a successful find and the ebony Bengal would sling a newly bought satchel over her shoulders. It was the perfect size for weapons as well as any trinkets she managed to find washed up on the shore.

The minnow would find herself trekking along the beach on her conquest to collect lost items within the sand. Olive eyes would scan over the horizon - a familiar cheetah becoming their final resting gaze. It appeared he was enjoying a cake, and a lovely vanilla scented one at that. With the afternoon grumble in her stomach and her nose going crazy with delight, the bengal found that she was unable to resist the urge to investigate further. "Hey," Sylvina would loosely greet, throwing her satchel over her head to place upon the ground. "You make that?" Perhaps he was a baker like Jacob.

The evidence of him eating more than half the cake had been clear around his mouth as vanilla frosting stuck to his fur and he desperately tried to get it off by licking around his mouth adamantly. The sound of pawsteps reached his ears and he turned his head to see Sylvina, giving a small smile and nod of greeting towards the Pincher spawn. At this point he probably looked at those he were foaming from the mouth as he tried to reach his tongue to the parts that were covered all over in vanilla frosting. "Hey and sadly no," he moved his tongue again to try and get some of it off, successfully doing so but not all of it. His eyes went back to Sylvina and he cleared his throat. "I brought it from the trading hub. Trust me if I could make sweets, I would make tons of them for myself." Though his voice was slightly raspy, it didn't mask the tone that one would use as if they were daydreaming off into a fantasy land of their own creation. If he could purr he would at the thought and words, his eyes moving to look down at the last slice of cake. "Would you like it? It's vanilla." He would offer it to her, pushing the plate near her in offering.

While that was happening, the king cheetah would begin to try and get the rest of it off, succeeding moments later and completely cleaning his mouth fur of vanilla frosting. "Sorry, was trying to get it off for the longest." He apologized towards the minnow, a hint of humor in his tone so hopefully it wouldn't seem as weird. He sighed and curled his tail to his paws and looked out onto the ocean before looking back at Sylvina.
