*Goosebumps Theme Song* | HAZEL&IMPERIA BUDDY GROUP TASK - imperia - 08-09-2018 [align=center][div style="text-align: justify; width: 55%; font-family: arial; font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0px;"]The fact that Imperia has managed not to lose her mind by now is an absolute miracle. The anxiety is there, lurking at the back of her throat, waiting to suffocate her if she lost her head for even a moment. The she-wolf hates this whole situation. Locked in total darkness with no way out. No access to resources. The entire clan split in two isolated groups. And Moon is out there somewhere but Peri cannot do anything about it. But that is not the origin of her anxiety. It is deeper, more primal; born from a childhood spent in a dark, damp cave with no one but her sickly mother and horrible father for company. Freedom is something Peri now values greatly. Not just freedom to be herself, but freedom to move, freedom to breathe, freedom to just...go wherever she pleases. But being locked in here? She can hardly stand it. Confinement makes her physically ill. The last time something like this happened, she and Moon found themselves locked in a dark room until an NPC happened upon them and released them from the locked room. That was only for thirty minutes at best, and she still could scarcely remained composed until Moon managed to calm her down. But without her friend to help ease her nerves, the cleric knows that she needs to focus on something else to keep from losing her head. Might as well organize a group to seek out medical supplies like Bastille requested. The nervous canine seeks out her group, navigating in the semi-darkness with caution. "Alright, we should start searching for supplies," she says after tracking down her companions. Slender limbs tremble, but she otherwise remains composed. "I have some herbs on me, but I am unsure if there are real stores of herbs and bandages in here. We might have to find more...unusual alternatives." / sorry this is bad my brain cannot focus whatsoever [member=1606]Harland.[/member] [member=1778]INU[/member] Re: *Goosebumps Theme Song* | HAZEL&IMPERIA BUDDY GROUP TASK - Seina - 08-09-2018 Imperia was not the only one how felt anxious over to be locked inside this building. Inu did as well, not liking the dark or to be locked inside so he hadn't even stept into this building until the meeting had been called. Before then had stayed outside in the nature there no walls existed or doors how could lock him away. Only fresh air and plently of places to run of to if danger would creep up to get him. While many mgiht prefere to sleep inside Inu had found himself his own little den to live inside. But then he had made the mistake to enter that building and had now ended up in this situation. It was nerv taking for him, constantly feeling anxious and uncomfortable, unable to relax, stressed even.
After having calmned himself down enough had started to tend to his bleeding paws by licking them knowing saliva could help to heal injures. Usual he did not needed to think much about injures since his vampirism took care of it but for some reason his injures was not automaticly healing itself. Did he needed more blood or was this about something else?. The only time a vampire actually might not be able to heal his own injures was if they had to little blood. Inu felt fine though so he was uncertain that could be the case but didn't exactly have anything to guess on either. Inu did not wanted to help out to do anything of this tasks that had been assign out to everyone in small groups. He wanted to remain close to that door in case something would happen for it to open itself up again even if it was only a slightly bit it might be just enough for him to get outside. To be forced to step away from his 'safe zone' was a unbearable thought for him. That door was the only thing that keept him inside of here so of course wanted to remain close to the very thing that could take him out from here. So Imperia coming over to get them started on thier task would make the vampire stop treating his injures to lift his head up to give a uncertain look at the other canine. Why did he had to help for?. Of course he know everyone helping out would benefit this situation alot more but... he still did not felt in the mood for it. Not exactly could he say that though, not unless he wanted to come out as an complaining jerk. " O-Okay, where should we go first then?." he asked instead of stating his own opinion or how much rather he wanted to be left alone right now when to help this two strangers out. Why search for medical supplies though?. Wasn't it more importand to found a way out of here?. They...wouldn't stay here for long, right?. Swollowing down the clump would bite down on the inside of his lip. He really hoped this would be over soon... Very few people seemed to be handling the lock in well. Most had some disapproval of it, whether it be the dark, the inability to leave, or claustrophobia. For Hazel, her dislike was incredibly similar to Imperia's: the lack of freedom, the ability to choose when and where she went stripped away like she was back in her childhood home. There had been few incidents so far that had proven a problem; few enough that she could count them without reaching ten. Generally, it had been Bastille's drinking and Genevieve's focus on Hazel's lack of combat skills. Now, she supposed she could add this lock in to her list.
Personally, she couldn't tell if it was worse during the day or the night. During the day, the fact that they couldn't get out was more obvious, the heavy metal of the main door unmoving and cold. At night, the observatory was plunged into the dark, and Hazel had to rely on auras to locate friends. When she was alone, the pitch black was near suffocating. The scent of chemicals would waft against her nose; phantom pain would sting her paw pads and she'd taste copper in her mouth. For this reason, Hazel spent most of her time in the basement, where she could at least see the floor. As it turned out, painting the floor with glow-in-the-dark paint had been a brilliant idea. When Peri called out for them, Hazel found the other with ease, her aura radiating something like anxiety. Hazel took in a shuddering breath, offering the girl a shaky smile before turning to Inu. "We can split up to cover ground quicker, but if that makes someone uncomfortable, we don't have to." Besides, part of the buddy group system was to stick experienced Ascendants members with the inexperienced. Hazel knew the observatory fairly well, but others might not. "We have to have something in here. Towels?" She wondered aloud, faintly glowing golden optics glancing at the other two. "I don't know about substitutes for herbs, though. The gardens are outside. When we get out of here, we ought to start an indoor garden in case something like this happens again." © MADI
