If it meant anything, Izuku was, at least, mostly recovered from the poison. Sure, he was a little exhausted and sluggish sometimes, but he'd gotten as much rest as he could before this. He was feeling a little better, at least. If a little worried. He didn't want to hurt anybody. Sure, they could probably fend for themselves, but Izuku ran off of instincts alone, these days. He hadn't ever had time to consider if the next move he was gonna make was right, or if it'd hurt the person he was fighting. If he lost, or hesitated for even a moment, he'd be killed or otherwise hurt. He hadn't ever had a reason to grow out of that. That's not to say he isn't trying. Sometimes he tries to force himself to think it through, but he can't.
.. It was a little startling for Cry to show up, though. The dragon jolts and lifts his head, blinking. His tail swishes as he registers this. And he's .. a little concerned. If Cry is willing to face him, then he's sure she knows how to fight, despite the size difference. Cry wasn't dumb enough to choose to spar with him if she didn't think she had a chance of winning. .. He'd be lying if he said he wasn't worried anyways, though. But that's okay, because Izuku worried about everything.
"Okay!" Izuku chirps, first. He scrabbles to right himself, pushing himself to his feet slowly, and considers the bird a little nervously. Always nervously. Izuku was just a little bundle of nerves in general, honestly. .. No blades or claws. That was a little problematic. Izuku could probably resist the instinctual 'biting' thing if he tried, but ... "Okay, understood! I'll do my best. Except .." Izuku trails off with a frown and lifts one talon. He appears just a touch sheepish as he grins, tail giving yet another sweep. Even as a dragon the thing never stayed still. It was a pretty good indicator of his mood, honestly. ".. I'm not sure I can do anything about these," is all he says, and he hopes she gets the memo. He had his tail and back paws for stuff, but his front talons would be pretty useless if he wanted to avoid accidentally hurting Cry. Assuming he hit her to begin with. .. But this is to say his talons were really sharp. He could break his scales with them if he tried. He tilts his head in thought. Padding? He could pad the tip of them. ".. Unless we pad them or something?" Izuku tilts his head. He couldn't just completely restrict his front claws for attack, because he relied pretty heavily on them. The second thing after electricity. .. Could he use a low voltage of electricity or was that dangerous, too? Izuku hadn't researched electricity enough before this oh god.
