self-inflicted achromatic ¤¤ joining - Seina - 08-03-2018

He rememberd waking up on a field covered in oleander flowers. That was his first memory but more had woken up shortly afterwards. Most of them brought him back to the days he had lived in Hawkclan, the place with this people how had given him his name. Inu. So many memories associated with that name that had brought him joy and happiness. Littlestar,Mercy and...Haiiro. Just thinking about him made his heart flustered still, but his heart also felt pain because he knew no one of them was here anymore. Littlestar had died, and the same tragic had striken Mercy as well by the paws of Yuu. And Haiiro?. Inu had no idea what had happend to him but all he could do was hoping he was alive somewhere in the other world he had come from because he knew this one was not the same world. This was not the world he had been created. Inu knew what he was. A split up soul of memories that the real him not wanted anymore so had tried to destroy them but somewhere deep inside a protest had come from the deepest of the heart. Apart, no matter how small hadn't wanted to destroy Inu. It had been prectious memories of a dream the real him wished could have stayed in for forever. Memories of a time he wished to return back to - to become the person everyone had liked. So a Inner conflict between the two had happend and in the end it had been to much and so Inu had cut himself free and that was how life had got brought to him. He was the creation of a mad man how purpose was to full fill the dreams of a life the real him never could have because he didn't believe, didn't think he deserved it. Instead Inu was supposed to do that for him. To be some sort of redemption. He was supposed to found that happiness the real him never could find. To be happy for both of them.

Inu was perfectly satisfied with that. To be seperated and free to create his own story. To be cut free and get a opportunity to live his own life was the best thing that ever could have happend to him. Even if he still carried the same past, the same backage the difference was he not felt effected by it like the other did, only the events that had happend under the time as Inu was carried along with him. He was convinced the same thing was for the other him as well now free from the deaths of the people how had mattered for Inu. It was both negative and positive but honestly it was better this way not going to look back to instead lead a life forward to hopefully pick a better path for himself. Even if the past never could get erased or forgotten would try his hardest to move on forward, always and never look back at the unavoidable. The tragic events just couldn't be allowed to swollow him whole. Inu could do better, he knew he could.

Clans had never been his thing though. Remembering how the first time actually had made him join one. It had been build up from lies from his part. Hunting on Hawkclan territory only to later on collapse back on thier territory again some days later after having got attacked and harmed by a hollow a demonic souless monster he hoped to never cross path with again. That was a ability he used to have thanks for once being a shinigami - aha, he guess it never had been him how had been one though. Nevermind that. Since waking up had felt very strange, like something was missing and had soon enough learned his powers not was working...How to feel about that Inu was not quite sure of but it probably didn't mattered much anyway, hopefully. Maybe they would come back something he did hoped for since even if it not was that much of a big deal it could still be benefical to have sometimes especially if needing to defend himself or to steal something. Yes, he was not intending to stop doing that. His cause was not really to live a pacifist of life. Survival had always meant a great thing for him, to put himself first, that was not going to change now. With the lost of this three most importand people in his life believed it was better to not get to close to others for a while, ever maybe even. It was to protect himself as well to prevent people from having expectations from him because if there would come a situation he had to pick himself and somebody else...the obivious choice would be himself.

Inu was not selfless. He was not the 'good' one out of himself the other him. All it meants was him being given a chance to live a different live, a more peaceful life without any chaos or to live a normal life. That was the main cause. Happiness was importand as well, but living a simple life was a good enough one for him.

Back to the topic of clans though. Even if he not liked that sort of civilsation to be surrended by strangers everyday it was better then to be out alone right now when he barely knew anything in this new world. For now it was better to adapt and count on other people. To observe and learn. The clan he had choosed just happend to be the closest one.  Not much he really knew about the place aside from it was rumored to be peaceful and not seeking unecessery violence which was exactly what he needed right now so the perfect choice to pick, to melt in with the enviroment to start a life in the background there he hoped to not draw to much attention to himself. Would be alot easier that way. An other reason he prefered not to get close to others was because of his vampirism...He...could not control himself that special well remembering how he had lost it once and had attacked Mercy because of it. Not a day he would ever forget or forgive himself for. So staying away was not only for himself but others as well. Just one drop of blood and he could lose it.

A bit anxious over that finally appeared by the border and swollowed down deeply. " Uhm, hello?. Anyone out there somewhere?. I'm asking because i really hate when people jump out from nowhere so.." he started, and twitched his ears a bit. He really meant it though. He was really easily spooked. A concern look was over his face, really hoping this would go quickly and smoothly but more then anything hoped he not just now had talked to himself, that would be... weird. More then anything begged nothing would go wrong today.

(( ahaa, this took my a whole week to write??, and almost all of this i write today xD, aaanyway, do not feel like you need to match my muse please i seriously just can't control myself so none of you hsould have to suffer because of me :> if not wanting to read all of this though, Inu is just here to join and stands obidently by the border in wait for someone to pass by while talking to himself c': the last paragraph really is the most importand one!

Littlestar. That would probably be a name Thea would recognize, though, she wouldn't know why. That in a past life, she had looked up to the leader, and had made a promise to be that great as well. Even if she had never acheived it, and ended up failing to lead the group she had been entrusted with to it's former glory.

Not that she would remember. It was like having something on the tip of your tongue, fuzzy images in Thea's mind that she couldn't match to the clearer memories she had.

Ears pricked as the young Fireball registered the voice, quickly making her way over until she could see him, then closing her eyes, and teleporting to a spot a few yards away. It was much easier for her to do it that way, and she quickly opened them, offering the stranger a grin. "Hi! I'm Thea. You're a joiner?"

Maybe Thea wasn't the best to be the first to greet Inu, with her much-too-cheerful attitude, and tendency to, quite literally, appear out of nowhere.

SUITE
HEART
[my post is all over the place, but welcome!!]

Not a day went by that Suiteheart didn't think about what once was. She recalled so many names and faces and groups (like this one). Most memories had grown to become so bittersweet in her heart that it hurt to think about. Regardless of whether she wanted to or not, her mind wandered. It traipsed down memory lane whenever it could. Her memories haunted her: she saw past loved ones in the trees, in the plains, the flowers, the sea.

Maybe it didn't help that her soul seemed to pick up bits and pieces of those she cared about; a flurry of different colors was present at her core - a signal that she was quite literally made up of all those she once loved and still cared for.

Suiteheart supposed the bottom line was that she couldn't let go. Letting go wasn't an option.

With her newfound vampirism, she wouldn't be forgetting anything anytime soon. While she had always carried an immortal soul (a rather obvious thing now considering she had lived nine lifetimes before this one and had always found her way back; a blessing and a curse), she now was more aware of it. An immortal soul meant she could return, yes, but she might not be who she had always been. With true immortality granted from Selene via Margaery, she wouldn't have to worry about being someone else entirely. It was a good thing, but the prospect of watching loved ones live and die while she never aged frightened her.

Those would be memories she wouldn't be able to escape either.

"Finally," the white feline rumbled, a sideways smile adorning her lips, "someone waits at the border." She same to a halt beside Thea, angling her head just so to get a better look at Inu. "What's your name, kid?" His scent was a familiar one - which was surprising considering she hadn't smelled anything like that in about a year. The surprise didn't show on her features, but if one looked closely enough, they could see it in her eyes.

BASTILLEPRISONER AURELIUS
BY THE GRACE OF THE FIRE AND THE FLAMES
Past lives were a bitch. Bastille supposed that some had a smoother transition from one life to the next, such as those who simply slipped into a new body with their fucking memories and everything intact. Grimmkit, for instance, had been fine serving as a host. He was a true host, capable of handling the full force of the memory store Wilhelm Grimm kept within his hosts, and it'd been easy for him. It was easy for some others. But Bastille? No, his souls made shit messy, and he was a fucking disaster of a host. His past lives were ruining his current ones and he could barely even access all of Grimm's memories without putting himself into a goddamn coma.

Speaking of, the snippets of the past were still floating over his vision. He stopped beside Thea and looked at this stranger and saw fur that was the wrong color and strange objects resting on the floor beside him. Bastille did his best to ignore the illusions and offered a tight smile, drawling, [b]"What'd'ya want, leaper?" Tribe slang slipped from his tongue easily, feeling Echo's memories hovering on the surface of his thoughts.

Re: self-inflicted achromatic ¤¤ joining - Seina - 08-04-2018

What did he just say for some couple seconds ago?. Don't come out from nowhere. Yet someone did, weither they had heared him or not was not for him to know, but when the female teleported herself over to appear in his own vision in just one second - one second. His heart took a jump as his whole body jumped in fright  and he almost screamed but was able to grip a hold of himself right in time to let his scream got catched in his throat to avoid unecessery embarassment, thank god for that. Spooked his eyes stared wided eyed at the female in fright how almost had given him a heart attack, even his blonde fur stood at no end. His ears had automatic perked themself up on alert just like a rabbit would have done. Like a staty he stood there for some couple of seconds all frozen in shook before he was able to calm himself down again. Taking a breath flattered down his ears down at his skulls, his confidence having sinked down to zero now. Uhm, hai. " he mumbled a hello in japanese, and cleared his throat awkwardly as he still was a bit under shook to be honest about it.

Cheerfully people was not exactly a problem for him, unless they gave him an almost heart attack. Inu could actually be quite cheerful himself since it was benefical to be for alot of different situations to make it less awkward or to help himself out. No harm done  at least right? but he did wished she not had done that. " Yeah i'm, how did you know?." he then heared himself asking, now having cooled down enough to even put up a small smile to look somewhat friendly while he hoped it would help to cover up how he had wanted to cry a little bit just for some seconds ago..

I'm not a kid... he would correct gently to himself at the other female how had showed up under the meantime but had not dared to speak it out openly. Turning his mismatched orbs over at her now found himself blushing a bit. Aha, this one was pretty. Thanks for being consider a 'youth' still had this hormones he constantly was fighting against. Being immortal and not ever aging was not helping much either. Apperance like he might look to be eight or nine moons old maybe?. So yes, it was not incorrect to state him as a 'child' but it was insulting for him consider how old he in truth actually was. " My name's Inu, nice to meet ya...m-m'am." he smiled shyly, feeling a bit flustered to be in the present of someone as beautiful like this one. Curse him for being stuck as a teenth!.

Past for sure wasn't the most easiest to live with but everyone got effected differently. when it come to his own case wouldn't say he was handling it special well if now he was nothing more then a throw away memories from a man how no longer wanted them. Inu wasn't supposed to exist like this but the love he had got from Littlestar, Mercy and Haiiro had made it all possible. He was cherished memories of a prectious time that never would happend again. He was the living example of them having once existed so couldn't just let them go away to disappear into nothing.

Inu was unaware of Bastilleprisoner struggle with his own past memories just like he was with anyone else life for that matter. But it was quite hard not to see when someone was living through a challenging life. It often was shown in the person eyes. Some sort of tiredness or just looking troubled. Facing this man would title his head in wonder over what he just had said. Leaper?. What did that meant?. Inu decided not to ask. " Hello sir. Nothing much - aha i mean, yes i do am here for quite some importand...reasons." Wow that didn't started out well. " I want to join if t-that's alright." If he had been blessed with invinsibility right now Inu for sure would have used that to vanish himself out from sight. It had felt like forever ago since talking with people last time so yes Inu felt a bit anxious and nervouse over to talk with people again.

Overtime his awkwardness might drop. He hoped so at least.

// thank you for the welcome! c:

Agent Washington
former human - freelancer - manipulative
The 'clans' or whatever everyone decided to call them, didn't really make sense to Washington. He had grown up basically in an entire military career. His father had been in the military and he had joined well after his father's death in the war that would determine whether their species would live or die. It was certainly a lot of pressure on one's shoulders, especially if they would never know if they had made a difference or not in the battle that they were in. Washington was used to having everything organized, and if a situation went completely to shit it just meant that they would end up improvising and go from there. It wasn't that hard, but that didn't mean Washington enjoyed doing it, especially during his time in Project Freelancer. It was there that they had to improvise on occasion, and that improvising usually ended up with them jumping off of a skyscraper or something worse. He was the rookie of the group through which meant that he hadn't ended up going through as much as they did. Improvising meant that they put their lives on the end on the simple whim that it would end up working.

Now in this sort of world, there was nothing but improvising and for once he would love to find something that was remotely familiar. He was used to being given orders, and being the soldier that he was. But with an outpost like this where everyone was basically allowed free whim, it wasn't something that he was used to. He was used to doing whatever he wanted in the group and no one really arguing against it because they didn't have to. It wasn't like he was causing trouble by gathering information and trying to fix his gear now, was he? But, he wasn't sure how he felt about being in an outpost that was run by animals. He wasn't even sure if all of them were that strong even after the attack that had happened to them. The Freelancers were perfectly fine during the fight of course but that was because they were trained for war. These guys obviously weren't. At least from what he could tell anyway. Washington couldn't harbor all that much respect for others that were just animals and he was used to being a human, even if he had been in an outpost like this for a couple months now. He still felt disconnected, but he knew that was expected, so he just stuck around Carolina, so that he would have some sort of familiarity around him anyway.

Washington had yet to go to the rest of the outpost, or clans, that lived around the area. Not only had he had to deal with a broken leg, but he also had to figure out how to get all of his gear in working order which was harder said than done. No one bothered him when he worked really, and he appreciated it. The armored smilodon usually did his own border patrols alone so that he wouldn't have to worry about anyone else. He wasn't the real social guy type, but that didn't mean he couldn't force himself to be. Which was actually fairly easy for him to get a hold of. The lion-sized animal scanned the borders that he walked passed, checking to make sure that he didn't miss anything, and especially so that he didn't miss any gear that was brought to this world with them. The armor that he wore was indeed metal and covered the front portion of his body. The helmet he never took off hid all of his facial expressions so it was hard to see how he would react to things. Washington liked that though, and so far no one in the group, or even Carolina have seen him with his helmet off. Since he wore that helmet though, it meant that he wasn't able to catch the scents of those that he didn't recognize. He had to rely on his sense of hearing to do that for him, and it was certainly difficult to get around when some creatures seemed to appear out of nowhere.

Washington was one of the larger animals that lived in this place, around the same size as Moon, but a lot smaller than Anzarel who was around 9ft tall and the size of a tank. Washington had made sure to avoid that guy quite a bit. Hearing voices that he didn't recognize, the former human began to make his way over and noticed that there was already a group that was forming. It was easy to hear the likes of him coming as his armor rattled with each step that he took. His gold visor pointed in the canines direction as he sat himself down, not making any statements while the others talked to everyone else. If he didn't have his helmet on, everyone would be able to see exactly how exhausted and miserable he felt. Washington didn't recognize the other as someone that he knew from his world, but it was obvious that the other was nervous.

Something Washington didn't bother to try and help with as the wellbeings of others around him didn't really concern him. In his human mind, they were still just animals and couldn't possibly relate to what he was going through. He craned his neck to the side until he heard a crack emitting from his neck, a habit that he did whenever he had a headache. Finally, the other stated that he was interested in joining, which most animals were when they came from different portions of the world. [b]"This outpost gives shelter to those that need and or request it." Washington would explain in his own military terms that the other was basically accepted if he wanted to stay. There was a pause from when he was talking, till he spoke up again introducing himself. "Agent Washington." The armored smilodon would state in his usual deadpanned tone. He remained sitting there if the canine had anything else to say.
