Capone had decided to come back. She hadn't made any official announcement. And possibly wouldn't. Just her very presence would be enough to let people know. Okay. She would hold something. But not yet. Right now... Right now she just wanted to get a lay of the land.

She was here not because of necessity, but mere curiosity. Dissonance had piqued her interest, so here she was, once again treading the former grounds of the Elite. The place was in ruins, but the Daemon was aware that the tinier half-Daemon was scouting out a new home much like their old, if not better. Such a curious notion, indeed, especially after she had brought the group to its knees. It really was like a cockroach-- it would crawl back up even after one nuked it with everything they had. Nothing could keep it down or dead for too long.
Unfortunately, it seemed that even her last attempt had failed. It was nothing she thought of with remorse, however. Oh no, this would be far more interesting. If Dissonance did bring them back, how would they writhe and wriggle to survive in this cruel plane? Ecclesia could only wonder. The felid fox stood on the now dark and wet and torn carpet of the parlor. Once upon a time, it had been bright red, like blood. Now, it was a scrap of twoleg fabric, and a damn pity.

“Whatcha doing here Ecc?” Capone asked bluntly upon seeing Ecc. She was never one to sneak around. There were a few exceptions. But they were just that. Exceptions. But now that she remembered more of her daemonic memories. Perhaps she had been sneakier than she had realized. To her detriment long term.
No. Not sneaky. Deceptive. “Looking to start a riot?”
She was a little wary about Ecc right now. Hearing what that Dissonance had said… She had Dissonance wanting to feast on her soul. That was not something she wanted at all. She didn’t want to go through that kind of thing again.
