↠↠finding sunhaven was absolutely the best end of a journey la'miyla could have imagined. the place was absolutely beautiful and the climate felt perfect for the ivory tiger. mimi had occupied her own cute brightly painted house upon first arriving. it had the coziest, homey feeling out of the others. with enough space on the inside for her and the room she needed for commissions and requests for her shop. the outside painted a soft pink shade, slightly cracked and aged. it was surrounded by a wooden deck that led out to the boardwalk. at each corner was a pillar connecting itself to the roof, where lanterns and fairy lights had been strung up along them.

it was a paradise in her eyes, and she naively believed it would last like this forever. peaceful waters to wake up to. starting the morning with a refreshing swim then to continue the day lazing around the beach. every now and then joining her older sisters for a big hunt whenever they caught a tip on another beast.

she woke that morning doing just that. just coming back in from her swim, shaking the water off her coat before continuing to stroll down the boardwalk. she didn't know anyone here yet asied from her family, perhaps they would be out and about and she could bring a conversation up.

IN THE SUMMER SILENCE,
I WAS GETTING VIOLENT
Quantum, too, enjoyed the beach town - though she tended to act like it was nothing, she internally enjoyed living by the waves enough to consider this a permanent home. But she wasn't as artsy as her sister; while she picked out a perfectly suitable cottage, she didn't get around to decorating it and probably never would. After all, she spent so much of her time making a mess with blood and guts that just keeping the place functionally livable was enough effort.

But she does hoard one thing - books. Right now, in fact, she carried a leather bag full to the brim with various fiction novels and non-fiction books, as well as bundles of blank paper and chunks of lead. Quantum, despite her savagry (or, perhaps, because of it) often reads and writes in her free time. Now that she struck up a permanent home, she decided to start building her personal library and seriously start feeding her ideas with paper. In the journey to get her heavy bag back home, she took a short break - and, coincidentally, saw la'Miyla walking about as well. "Hey, sis! Enjoy your swim?" she called out, her lips forming an asymmetrical grin.

Re: PLAY PHARAOH ;; open - jericho - 08-03-2018

It's truly no secret how much Jericho adores the seaside town.  The swaying of his bouyant cottage bobbing gently with the waves helps him sleep at night, but the boardwalk is still sturdy enough to keep them steady on stormy nights.  The beach has always felt like home; it's where he always ends up, no matter what direction he travels.  The constant scent of sea spray, the sound of lapping waves, the feeling of sand underfoot... it all puts him at ease.  This place, though new to him, already feels like somewhere he just knows he belongs.  That others feel the same he is unsure, but that's why he founded this place.  To share in that emotion with others, to create something bigger.  They're still all new to this (himself included), but he prays that it's worth it.  To him at least, it already is.

The Helion pads across the boardwalk, prepared to head out into the mountains after spending the morning in town.  His leather satchel drags lightly on the wooden walkway, too big for his frame but fully ready for herb-collecting should he find any.  Jericho halts when he hears Quantum's call, his own jaws parting to taste the air.  He doesn't know all that much about the tigresses, save that they're all related and, to a certain extent, rather eccentric.  With pricked ears and his typical lopsided gait the little tabby limps closer.  "Uh, h-hey," the tom greets softly, giving a brief smile.  He halts with a twitch of his whiskers, blind gaze flickering between the general direction he can sense Quantum and then La'miyla.  "It's... a good day for the ocean — ah, n-not that I can swim."
