feliks is a lion sized griffon, perhaps smaller than average in regards to other griffins but still having the general appearance of one regardless. he's a combination of both an eagle and a lion. his feather and fur colour are relatively the same, a very light golden colour with his cranium only being slightly lighter than the rest of his body. he has white undertones on his belly and face, and has a black beak and black talons. his eyes are an emerald green colour and are almond shaped in appearance. feliks' wings have a reddish tint to them.

a loose cannon by any stretch of the imagination, feliks makes up for his smaller stature and lack of birthright with a ferocity that could outmatch a lion's. he's often liable to live directly in the moment and think on the fly about what to do, and when he's completely fired up he genuinely has no filter and will be very disrespectful to anyone. after a life of being pushed around, manipulated and betrayed, feliks has become much more fatalistic in regards to trust and may pour his heart out to those who seek to abuse him too because hey - what could they do that he already hasn't been through? not one to pretend to like others or beat around the bush, feliks is still manipulative in his own right when he wants to be, and if the situation calls for it he'll drop his attitude for an armistice or to get what he wants. with a very fast paced, mocking sense of humour, and an innate ability to be annoyingly cocky however, it can be difficult for others to find positives in his character, but underneath countless masks and charades they're there. for start, he's often super laid back around those he genuinely likes, even despite seeming highly strung most of the time, and displays quite a bit of intelligence when he isn't off on a tangent.

he has almost anarchistic political leanings due to his rebellious and provocative tendencies, but despite this he still has no qualms bossing others about and telling them what to do. an inflated self-importance has resulted in him often growing frustrated when things aren't going his way, and a desire to want to be the 'alpha' in any given situation even if he naturally isn't suitable for such a role. one thing that's very clear about feliks however are his behavioral patterns. almost at random he can have good weeks and bad weeks, good days and bad days: where he's either highly irresponsible and manic or mellowed out and almost subdued. these aren't normally caused by anything that occurs in his day to day life, but can impact his own drastically - he's much more likely to cause trouble when he's hyperactive. another thing that can impact him is his dependency on poppy seeds, specifically the opiate inside them. addicted to the stuff after a terrible leg injury which causes him nothing but pain, he's easier to provoke when he's had a smaller dosage.

so, overall, he's a dude who's personality is mainly impacted by what on earth is going on his head or life. he's an inconsistent fellow, he himself knows it, but several things that remain clear no matter how he's feeling are his inflated feelings of self-worth and his desire to make a name for himself. perhaps in some ways it's justified, for he was leader of two groups before settling on different lands and also has more life experience than one could imagine, but it still doesn't change how annoyingly obnoxious and overbearing he can be with his knowledge.

FELIKS — SNOWBOUND

(note: this history is adapted from the character feliks on another website, with changes to certain events to adhere to this world. viewer discretion is advised should one find the other alternate history).
- born a wolf in a pack as the only male of his litter. he grew up with rather feminine tendencies and habits because of this, and this was frowned upon by his more traditional father.
- was captured on his first hunting trip by smugglers but was mistakenly let go when an accident occurred with their vehicles.
- was left wandering alone and confused for a long time, but found a group of animals to live with.
- found some friends but couldn't adjust very well. friends decided to leave for a smaller group and he joined them.
- was ostracised by them when he'd caught up with them for his selfishness and airheadedness and was attacked. he survived but the friends had to leave the group once their actions became known to everyone else.
- settled in this group for months, eventually rising to leader and overcoming his lack of confidence. his rather laidback style to leading had attracted many allies... but also enemies.
- a powerhungry high position put a bounty on feliks' head, and a mercenary accepted it, brutally mauling him but the male used his newly found wits to find a way to kill the mercenary.
- injuries and fatigue caused him to step down from leader, but the sudden free time he had led to the start of substance abuse.
- moved groups, fell in love with a stranger, not knowing that this stranger had been the mercenary who had first attacked him. tricked into sleeping with the stranger, when the truth came out feliks went completely beserk.
- he believed himself to be a vigilante, and used that moniker to inflict great pain on anyone who did wrong to him personally. he mauled a child for being apart of the wrong group, which caused an outcry from every group he knew and was cast away from those lands.
- with no help received for his deteriorating mental health feliks started to grow bitter at society and left his life behind for greener pastures, being sure to keep his past under a lock and key and refusing to accept responsibility for his actions. this was where he found clans on these territories.
