as the world comes to an end / bakugou - Character Graveyard. - 07-28-2018 He'd certainly come a long way from Snowbound's territory- but for good reason, for some peace and quiet. He liked Izuku's and Tsuyu's company, but he wasn't that close with either of them in the original world, though he had gotten to know Tsuyu a little. And Izuku- he was very nice, but he seemed to take most things way too seriously, though that was something he would never mention to his former-classmate. The three-legged maned-wolf had taken a seat down by a stream, a frown on his maw as he stared at his reflection. He had a few scratches on his face from being tortured by that damn unicorn from the Typhoon. Why did it have to be a unicorn out of all creatures it could have been? Angrily, he would pick up a small pebble and toss it into the water. // [member=1637]bakugou[/member] tags :: updated 7/26: Re: as the world comes to an end / bakugou - Grey - 07-29-2018 The birds were talking again, chittering their conversations with the wind reaching from one branch to the other. To Bakugou, it brought a completely different meaning to the idiom: ’a little birdie told me’. Some birds he had met possessed strange quirks such as being prophetic or were capable of whispering tunes inside his head. They reminded him of Nezu, the principal they had at UA who he had always considered to be somewhat unsettling. Well, he reminds himself so, the rat-bear-dog was in the past now. He knows that he shouldn’t dwell in it so instead his attention shifts to the direction he is heading in. He’s wandering aimlessly, trying to get some fresh air and maybe find some answers along the way. He was still fixated on his situation, refusing himself to get too used to being a cat. He’ll come back to life, he’s sure of it. He just needs to find a way.
He hears a splosh, the sound of a small blunt object spluttering into a body of water and sinking dramatically. Immediately, his ears crane towards the source, eyes narrowing in vexation. His initial calmness dilapidates and his nostrils flare at the scent he has only just noticed to be interrupting what could have been a thoughtful stroll. He bites gently on his bottom lip, lowering his body in a predatory stance and creeps closer to get a better look at the stranger. He twitches slightly. A mangled male: burn marks, scars, bruises…for such a magical world, they sure as hell failed at efficient healing. ”Get out of here, extra.” Re: as the world comes to an end / bakugou - Character Graveyard. - 07-29-2018 Did he dwell on the past at all? Occasionally. He knew it wasn't the best thing to do, as his last memories as a human weren't very nice. Every bone in his body had been shattered by large debris and a few of his classmates had found him. Of course, he had quickly bled to after they had found him. He considered himself weak for not being able to survive more then ten minutes after his Quirk had deactivated. Red-eyes would narrow in his own rage as he quickly looked towards the small feline not too far away from him. He would curl his lip, allowing a snarl to escape his mouth. "Who're you calling an extra? I don't even know you." Of course, his mind was focused on many other things going through his head so he didn't think of the person who normally called strangers "extras". tags :: updated 7/26: Re: as the world comes to an end / bakugou - Grey - 07-29-2018 He just backchatted him, he just fucking backchatted him. The male shot him a murderous glare, scarlet hues glinting daggers as his fiery tongue flickered against the roof of his mouth. One could see the way his fur has risen along his back, porcupine-like and appearing spiky to touch if one didn't know any better. But alas, Bakugou was only as intimidating as any cat could get - pretty scary but really just a bitter ball of fluff. "After I find Deku, I'll fucking roast you for talking back to me," he hissed, paws making the ground sizzle. Well, that was his plan for after he mastered his strange alternate quirk. He had come out here to look for a mountainous region, somewhere inflammable for him to practice his abilities on. The other pirates in the Typhoon had recently gotten annoyed at him for taking out his anger on trees...it was inconvenient but he would deal with it for now. Once he was done, he'll kill them all then set out to murder Midoriya - assuming it was Deku's fault, of course.

His tail would lash and he listened to the other speak- clearly not afraid of him. Wait, he said something about finding Deku. If he was correct- that was Izuku. "Hold on a second, Bakugou." Kirishima would said, taking a step back due to the ground growing extremely hot from the other's fire elementals and allowing himself to relax. How could he have not recognized his former-classmate? "It's me- Kirishima." He would close both of his eyes and point to the scar over his left eye with one of his fore-paws. tags :: updated 7/26: Re: as the world comes to an end / bakugou - Grey - 08-03-2018 [ ooc ] sorry for my late reply, i got really busy : ^)
Apparently, the one who had killed him had been the weird shapeshifting chick. The crazy girl whose face always resembled a drunk old man. Dressed as Kirishima, he was stabbed when he let his guard down. At this moment in time, Bakugou didn't want to repeat the same mistake and yet...there was a different air about the creature. Firstly, it knew his name and secondly, it was calmer than the ecstacy which radiated from the blonde girl. The tightening grip around his chest loosened, his shoulders dropping and the tips of his fur falling back atop his warm body. "Kirishima," he echoed. He sounds almost confused, but also almost overjoyed that the side of his lips quivered into a arch, forming a smirk of a smile. "I thought it was just going to be me and birdhead." The burning soil subsided as his fire elementals retreated back to their hearth. "How'd you get so battered?" Re: as the world comes to an end / bakugou - Character Graveyard. - 08-03-2018 //Nah, you're good! Take your time! :^) Kirishima had also died a rather gruesome death because of the villains. Having your entire body destroyed by falling debris wasn't the best way to go out. It had been a slow death and he had felt everything. As for the crazy shapeshifting girl, he was hoping that none of the villains were in this world. It was a better place without them. Crimson-colored eyes would remain on Bakugou, noticing how the other male would gradually calm down. At least he didn't think that he was actually some sort of villain in a disguise. He didn't have his Quirk in this world and it seemed that the ragdoll did. He wanted to know about how he had gotten himself injured? That would be tough, as he had smelt the Typhoon on his friend and they were the ones who attacked him. "It's a long story." He decided to leave it at that, before he would decide to ask. "I'm guessing life in the Typhoon is going good so far?" tags :: updated 7/26: Re: as the world comes to an end / bakugou - Grey - 08-05-2018 Time in the old world and time in this new world must have worked differently. Kirishima was like an ancient soul here. If he didn't know better, it would be as if the canine was born here like all the rest. Bakugou, however, felt so new and out of place. He doesn't belong here, he knows that, and somehow his own friend has found a home in this landscape. For that reason, Bakugou can only assume that his reincarnation occurred weeks after. Heck, a lifetime could have passed between his death and his rebirth - he'd never know but he knew he could still theorise it within his head. Still, he is caught off-guard when Kirishima mentions the Typhoon. He doesn't even know where Kirishima has been staying, he doesn't even know how the male can even have the slightest clue of where the ragdoll has been spending his time sulking away. "It's been fine," he grumbles almost under his breath. Bakugou has never really been that good at conversations. "But I insist you tell me that 'long story'."
Re: as the world comes to an end / bakugou - Character Graveyard. - 08-05-2018 He didn't know how much time had passed since he had died in the old world. Frankly, he could probably ask Izuku how long all of them have been here, as he had been the first one to die. Being a maned wolf was certainly strange though to be honest. He kind of missed being able to walk on just two legs. Having three legs was just uncomfortable. As for being able to tell where Bakugou had been staying, it was very simple. He could smell the Typhoon on the ragdoll cat. As a canine, it seemed his sense of smell had grown very strong as well as his hearing. He would relax his tensed muscles as his friend grumbled quietly, though he could hear him clearly, thanks to his heightened hearing. "That's good, as long as they're friendly, I suppose." Kirishima would say, before continuing. "Alright. So basically, I woke up in this world a couple of weeks ago as this wolf. I joined a group called Snowbound, which is where I'm currently staying. Izuku, Ochaco, Tsuyu, All Might and Aizawa are also there. Anyways, I tried to climb some boulders and my hind leg ended up getting stuck between two of the boulders and I accidentally gnawed it off myself. Then a damn unicorn, from the Typhoon, managed to capture me and I got these bruises and burns from a few others in the Typhoon, and Izuku and Tsuyu showed up and we managed to get out of there. And now, here I am." tags :: updated 7/26: Re: as the world comes to an end / bakugou - Grey - 08-06-2018 Kirishima seemed to be as calm as ever. He was much too forgiving of their earlier kerfuffle, much too gentle with the way he interacted with the fiery male. It was because of his peaceful reaction that Bakugou felt almost inferior in his attitude, flicking an ear when his friend replied: "That's good, as long as they're friendly I suppose." Somehow, it was those words that made him feel lost and have reality dawn on him like a holy ghost. And so, the ragdoll straightens up and takes a shuddering breath whilst Kirishima spoke about his experience of injuries and The Typhoon. A unicorn. Normally he'd laugh at him, tell him it was his fault for getting by a boulder and tortured by a horned horse of all things. He raises his head, finding it difficult to resist teasing and asking the male if the unicorn happened to bleed rainbow. Instead, Bakugou holds control of his impulses. "Well, it's good you're still alive and talkin'." He's glad Kirishima is here...more than glad, actually. But he doesn't actually show it.
"Aside from that unicorn" - it was hard not to choke his amusement but perhaps the canine could see how hard Bakugou was trying to get back into the swing of things - "what do you think of joining The Typhoon? If they try and bother you again, I'll fuckin' cremate 'em." |
