Something that Betta's did, not even Clanmates, but she would do it none the less. She woke up at dawn, and at the foot of the tree her treehouse was in was the map. Quickly, her eyes scanned it as she took the map. It was time, it seemed. Deldrach turned, inspecting the map, before leaping away for the first area, her paws drumming on the earth as she chose to run and get this over with. The nearest one, it appeared, was by the Temple- but not in it. Deldrach knew she wouldn't be walking alongside the mamba's. She had as much medical knowledge as a cow in heat. Deldrach left the thought quickly, rushing past the temple into a cemetary. Her eyes flickered about, her nose twitching as she moved to gather an idol. That was number one n' done, it appeared. It took her senses to find it, but it wasn't that hard. The next one, it appeared, was in the tavern. Deldrach chose to walk onto the beach this time. She wasn't really there to make an appearance, anyways, as she was running about the territory on a quest. Deldrach glanced about the tavern, before stepping inside. People bustled about, getting ready for the day. Deldrach moved about, before finding the idol underneath the bar. She grabbed it, thanking the people within for letting her in on her quest. The final idol, she knew, would be the most difficult. It was the furthest. Deldrach padded to the waterfall, walking to the left then slipping up the steps, glancing about. She hadn't been in the coliseum yet, so hopefully she knew was she was doing. The knocks were written on the map, and she followed them, stepping inside without meeting demise. Her eyes glanced about, before spotting it up on the surrounding chairs. Deldrach leapt up towards it, before finding herself bounding up multiple seats to grasp it. She grunted as she carried all three out, heading for the volcano. It was already a no on the Mamba's.. and Deldrach wasn't the most sociable person. It was the Rays, then. She stood on the edge of the volcano, tossing down two of the idols before slowly padding back towards camp, then headed for the ship. Her eyes set upon the vast ship, then finding the totem. She dipped her paw in, claws unsheathed as she did. She lifted her paw, placing it against it, the claws and paw both imprinting. She pulled her paw free, glancing about to make sure she did it correctly. "Well. That's that." She said, stretching herself out. She was now officially a Grim Ray. Re: haha keep it poppin' /-/ open, blood division, weekly task 7/22 - Verdigris - 07-27-2018 One did not have to be a betta to complete the blood division ceremony- Paper had been older than betta age when he had completed his, at roughly 15 months old. It wasn't uncommon, he didn't think, for newcomers of age to go through the ceremony before declaring their divisions, rather than just saying their division and being done with it. In his case, he had needed the day's travels to think over and eventually decide on the Blackjack Rats, aided by the fact that they had stuck the Grim Rays' figure on Haven Island; that had to be symbolic, he had figured. Noticing Deldrach placing a crimson pawprint on the Grim Rays' totem, he made his way over to her. "Congratulations," he said, looking down at the figure. "Out of curiosity, where'd they put the figures for you?" He could imagine that they wouldn't have been placed in the same locations as they had for him. |
