NO MANS LAND — p, merihem - MARCELLUS - 07-19-2018 Finally he had been able to complete his entrance ritual and was now a full crewmate of The Typhoon, but still the experience left him with fear in his heart and doubt in his mind. What if this was all an illusion and in reality he was back at their filthy laboratory, being experimented on while drugged to be asleep? Even though everything felt real he couldn't help but second guess what the truth really was. To him this might as well have been all an illusion. The last thing he remembered from Haven Island was a sharp pain in his back and being dropped to the ground to fall asleep. What if he was still asleep? Marcellus had been lying down in his hammock, eyes developing bags underneath. He had gotten no sleep last night after the experience he had, too scared to go to sleep just in case this all wasn't real and he would wake up. If this wasn't all real, he didn't want to wake up. No. He wanted to stay asleep for as long as he couldn't and he wasn't going to go to sleep to wake up if that made any sense.
The king cheetah shifted in his hammock, eyes beginning to close once he found a very comfortable position. Slowly he began to daze and frankly fell asleep. An hour passed before he woke up, the male shooting out of his hammock and onto the beach sand underneath. Oh lord he fell asleep. Yet, he was still here? Confusion washed over him as he looked around. He was still on the Barracuda Bay in the territory of The Typhoon. If he hadn't woken up then maybe this was actually reality and maybe he was actually safe. He lifted up a paw and unsheathed his claws to prick his other paw, wincing as he felt the sharp pain. Okay yeah, this reality and he was so happy he felt as if he could jump to the sun and back. He was actually safe, he did actually get away from the humans. With relief, Marcellus sighed and leap back into his hammock, lying down and soaking up the sun. [member=252]MERIHEM[/member] Re: NO MANS LAND — p, merihem - madster - 07-19-2018
merihem had no doubt this was reality, and wish things had been better. he had abandoned his other clan, his family because he felt left out. he was scared he was going to feel the same way here, but he did enjoy the white sands and the blue sky. it was oddly peaceful for such a feared clan. he had been patrolling the beach for really no reason, just trying to sort his thoughts out when he approached the king cheetah. he was handsome, and meri grinned. "hey, baby, enjoying your nap?" he said, hoping to wake him up. this clan was like gay guy paradise. of course, meri didn't know the other's sexuality, and he leaned against the tree that was supporting the hammock, waiting for a response. Re: NO MANS LAND — p, merihem - MARCELLUS - 07-19-2018 No doubt, Marcellus was definitely purely into guys, though he hadn't really been completely open with himself yet. He wasn't ready to accept that part of him or even acknowledge it, and even if he did he certainly wouldn't want anyone to know. The king cheetah was a bit shocked when he heard the statement, assuming that it was Luca even though the voice didn't sound like his. Marcel shifted in his white hammock onto his stomach and looked towards the male. Oh god, not another one. Everyone he seemed to have encountered here was either a huge flirt, gay, or both, mostly the third option though. He wasn't too surprised when he heard the statement but he wasn't sure how to react. Did he just completely dodge the question or did he say something back snarky-like? Did he just flat out ignore this guy and went about his day? Upon thinking harder for a brief moment, he realized that this was Merihem, the recent joiner he had already met.
"Hello, Merihem." He greeted, doing the best he could to manage a calm voice. Shit, he had to admit this guy was a piece of eye candy like Luca and a majority of the guys here. The male rolled back into his hammock to get more comfortable, the cheetah lying on his side so he would still be able to watch the guy. "I actually am, thanks." The male spoke through a relaxed yawn, stretching out his paws in an act of a stretch to relieve the tension from his muscles. At least Merihem could probably serve as some kind of distraction for him, he needed to get his mind off the island. "Been enjoying your stay? The tropical weather is quite lovely." Of course Marcel had been abusing his stay at the tropical island by sunbathing and chilling in his hammock, but he's still been going around and pulling his weight here and there. |
