I CAN SEEN AN ANGEL | PRIVATE - Margaery - 07-18-2018 MARGAERY FOLIE-MIKAELSON

[b]MAKE ME QUEEN OR I'LL MAKE YOU BLEED
Margaery had stretched herself a bit thin these past few days, tending to the needs and wants of really everyone but herself. The meet and greet and icebreaker were necessary things, she knew, but she had found that she had completely neglected her rose gardens because of them. At least she was here now, relaxing in the shade of one of the larger bushes as she carefully and thoughtfully trimmed weeds away. The action was therapeutic for her and for a brief moment, her worries were temporarily forgotten. Really, all she needed was her garden. It extended to her enough happiness that she could continue to keep going no matter what. At least she thought it did. Her faith in the garden was rather... misplaced, admittedly. But that was a discussion for another time anyways. Permitting a sigh to fall from slightly parted lips, Margaery continued her work, now humming as she did. Suiteheart was a vampire, Suiteheart had died, Genevieve was bargaining for control, and she was far from content, but in this moment, she could at least pretend she was. Re: I CAN SEEN AN ANGEL | PRIVATE - melody - 07-18-2018 [div style="margin: 0 auto; width: 55%; font-family: arial; font-size: 11pt; text-align: justify;"]Melody wasn't quite sure how she had gotten here. Her morning had started when she had gone looking for her zio, Jerseyboy, and her day had grown increasingly frantic and distressing till she found herself crying in someone's rose bush. It was soft crying, really, but her majority white fur meant that she was most likely to be seen first. Melody was curled into herself, trembling as she cried and somehow avoiding the sting of the rose thorns as she had her paws pressed to her eyes. She had made her uncle leave her, she just knew it, and she was certain it was because she had called him a bad name. She hadn't meant to, she was just upset, she hadn't meant to be a nuisance. But she had been anyway, and now her uncle had left her for something better and she was all alone and so very scared. Strangers were okay when she knew her uncle was there, but now they were just people she didn't know who could do horrible things to her because there was nobody to protect her anymore. She didn't blame her uncle. She was probably a horrible person to be around, all cries and demands and Melody never shut up. Why couldn't she just be quiet for once? It was all her fault. Mels was just a problem to be shunned. oh that got sad really fast Re: I CAN SEEN AN ANGEL | PRIVATE - Margaery - 07-19-2018 MARGAERY FOLIE-MIKAELSON

MAKE ME QUEEN OR I'LL MAKE YOU BLEED
Margaery worked diligently, nimble paws kneading the earth, plucking weeds, and watering rosebushes that looked particularly parched. All the while, roses continued to grow at her feet, red - darker than usual - and beautiful. She'd tend to them later- it was her actual bushes that she cared more for in that moment. She forgot more and more about her problems with every chore she completed, actually existing in a state of faux happiness for once. It's a facade, sugar, Genevieve reminded her bitterly. She ignored her- she had to. It didn't take long for Margaery to notice the sound of soft crying though, the song she was humming abruptly cutting off as she rose to investigate. Since their creation, her gardens had served as a solace for just about everyone now, extending to her clanmates a private place to think and relax if the Observatory or any other facet of the territory grew to be too much. She didn't know if the person crying would exactly want help, but the Cosmic General was not one to simply turn a blind eye on another's suffering. Especially not a kitten's. [b]"Oh..." She breathed softly, blue eyes widening as hey fell upon the tiny figure of Melody. "Darling, what's the matter? Are you hurt in any way? Come out here," Margaery urged gently, "Talk to me." Never would she even think to neglect a child, much less a crying one. Whatever had happened with Melody demanded her immediate attention regardless of anything else. © MADI
Re: I CAN SEEN AN ANGEL | PRIVATE - melody - 07-19-2018 [div style="margin: 0 auto; width: 55%; font-family: arial; font-size: 11pt; text-align: justify;"]Melody jolted at the voice, staring out fearfully at the pretty feline. But Margaery's soft tones lured her out soon enough, the little calico taking clumsy steps out of the rose bush. "Not hurt," She mumbled, rubbing her eyes. "Alone." Her voice was quiet, her yellow gaze avoiding the older cat's - she didn't want to burden this nice lady. She'd already made her uncle leave, she didn't want to risk it with this lady either. "Sorry." The girl mumbled tearfully, looking at the ground. She wasn't entirely sure what she was apologising for, but it seemed like the right thing to do. "I was bad and my uncle went away." Melody blamed herself, of course. Again, the thoughts swirled in her mind; if only she'd been quieter, more obedient, maybe she wouldn't be alone now. The tears fell from her muzzle and onto the ground as her eyes seemed to bore a hole into the ground, she was staring so intensely. |
