— whenever he runs, he stumbles a lot. he's definitely not used to having four legs and probably never will be
— he also gives into his instincts a lot. he chases his tail whenever he spots it, he's always tempted to chew on bones, and things that squeak are automatically Destroyed
— he hates how he gets his fur on everything. he's never been the neatest, but it still irritates him when he sees dog fur everywhere. that's why he has a lint roller on hand
— lowkey touch-starved. he both hates and loves being touched, so he's always super conflicted
— he's rlly sad about the fact he can't drink alcohol any more as a dog. he didn't have any in the military, and now that he does, he can't drink it (wait until he finds out tho)
— he Loves to swim, and will do it whenever he has the chance
— he generally smells smokey, with vague undertones of cologne despite being a canine now
— grew up around a bunch of animals, maybe on a farm or smthing. even so he doesn't like being around ones that can talk
— if you tell him not to do something you better believe he will, all while staring at you Spitefully
— despite how he acts, he has a big heart. he acts like an asshole ninety percent of the time, but he does care for everyone he's close to. plus he's always willing to lend a hand, albeit reluctantly sometimes

romance
unfortunately his past relationships haven't been the best. he hasn't had many partners, but most of those that he has had weren't very kind to him. the most notable is probably tex, or agent texas (her true name being allison). she ended up stabbing him in the back multiple times, in more ways than one. even then, he stayed in a relationship with her, claiming he was in love with her. now he's eager to find her again after the explosion.
in a relationship, he treats his partner pretty much how he would treat anyone else. he's snarky and rude, but they also get to see a gentler side of him when none else is looking. he's often protective and is definitely the jealous type. when he develops a crush, he does what any rational person would do and hides away, avoiding the person he has feelings for.
also, in terms of sexuality, he says that he's straight but is actually a closeted bisexual. he's afraid of what people might think of him, as he doesn't want people to look down on him anymore.
friendships
again, he doesn't treat his friends all that differently. of course, his jabs and insults are slightly more light-hearted, but all in all his interactions with them are the same. it's not that hard to befriend him, either, the person just needs the right personality and the patience to put up with his stubbornness and short tempter.
the people he usually makes friends with are similar to him, snarky and with a somewhat bad attitude. sometimes things can turn sour if that attitude is turned towards him, though, but overall he can take the heat and also dish it back out.
enemies
enemies are very easy for him to make, on the other hand. it's not uncommon for people to dislike him for his comments and overall rudeness. the kinds of people he usually dislikes are sticks in the mud, or people he deem to be 'suspicious.' also all freelancers are automatically his enemies, due to past experiences. sometimes it's hard to tell if he'll be friends or enemies with someone, it all just depends.
