He's my new bby here and what better way to get him to meet everybody than host a plotting thread? O'Riley is a bit of a hard dude to read. He's incredibly manipulative, and only holds real loyalties to himself and a select few that he may get close to and has no qualms putting anyone in danger if it furthers his own goals. Because of this, he's a pretty big liar, and will try and twist stories around in subtle ways to make them seem more important than they actually are. However, he's genuinely friendly towards 'underdogs' and others who he doesn't see as important, so it's not totally out of the ordinary for him to make proper friendships.

Since he's a new character and I don't really have much going for him atm, feel free to suggest anything and we can work it out from there :3
