Had no Idea You're in Deep\|/ joining - Project K/MichaelM - 07-11-2018

Project, a black and orange wolf, lay at the border, his vision blurry and kolaidescope like, as whatever he was injected with wore off, and the first thing he knew was that this wasn't the Cartel. This wasn't home. "Aye?" He would ask, loud enough to be heard, but yet soft enough to not be called telling. "Anyone home?" The wolf asks and got up slowly, grunting as he became dizzy and nauseous. Something was up.

goldie was honestly a little surprised so many visitors came to the typhoon still. the island was still quite messy from the tsunami and it wasn't very pleasant to be around; not even for the ocean-loving girl. it smelled overwhelmingly like fish. she wasn't really complaining about the visitors, though. it usually meant more friends for her, which she liked, even if it was tiring. it's important to develop lots of nice, close bonds! having people on your side is good.

her injuries were bothering her quite a bit currently. perhaps because of her activity earlier - she had struggled to run around the territory so she could get most of her collecting done. she didn't feel like spending the whole day doing it. maybe she could relax a little bit if she got it done all at once. but, it hadn't exactly worked out. she got halfway through the activity before tripping hard and dropping all of her stuff.

it hadn't felt good at all. she had just laid there for a little while. so now she was just going back to the old routine of taking it slow, her walk much more struggled and shaky than before. her body, while healing injury-wise, seemed to physically get worse as each day passed by. her refusal to sleep wasn't helping. she was plenty of aware of this, too, but it wasn't important to her. she'd rest when everything was done, whatever that "everything" may be.

the young girl looked at the ground as she stumbled, her basket around her neck. she still needed to grab things she could potentially give to others. but, she wasn't finding much she could take right now. she was actually kind of bored. she didn't like to do one thing all day. the call from a stranger would easily catch her attention, though, and she instantly wobbled over to it, her stance weak.

despite her clear struggle in moving and her exhausted gaze, she gave a genuinely friendly smile. the kitten looked to the wolf curiously, tilting her head at him as she sat a safe distance away. "hiya," she greeted at first, her voice sweet. "what brings you to the typhoon?"

"Wai-wai-wai-wait. Where am I? What?" He asked, standing fully, looking at the island, or what he could see. Instantly, he was hit with the sight of a tsunami aftermath and sighed. "The typhoon, sí? Aight. I'm looking to join." Project said and nodded, seeming rather relaxed now that he had some bearings.

the injured girl couldn't help but stifle a tiny giggle at the male's confusion. did he mean to be somewhere else? she just assumed he arrived on his own terms. maybe he'd gotten lost and was surprised to realize his surroundings. well, whatever, she'd help him! she quietly let him process it, her ears perking slightly at his sudden request to join.

maybe he actually did mean to be here, then. maybe he was surprised he'd actually made it here or something. well, either way, she was always happy to have more friends. "oh, then welcome! happy to have more crewmates." she replied quickly, nodding with a kind expression. she almost fell over by this movement, though, her balance off. oops. "my name's goldenluxury roux, but everybody just calls me goldie. what's your name?"

The wolf nodded, amused at her imbalance. "Names Project K. But my old crew called me Project." He said and smiled warmly. "Wheres the crew then?" The wolf asked, curious as to where everyone all was. Of course, he was also somewhat paranoid.

DOES THE BLANK STARE-
SCARE YOU MORE THAN THE FROWN?
[div style="background-color:#BG COLOR;width:90%; overflow: stretch;text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt;color: #E0EEEE;"] " Little bit ere, little bit there." Argus offered with little fanfare with an illusion to be talking about drowned clan mates or the living- unsure. Either was was true really- though she thought they were doing slightly better at the dead part in the cleanup. Afterall the quartmaster was one of the people working on it. - Has been since the flood came in. With little sleep that they ever got- enough spare time to at least be helpful to the clan they were in.

Living here as long as they have it's rather easy to know just about everyone and most of the habits. Everyone was usually dodge about their pasts, and hearing Project talk about their own even if a little was refreshing. "Name's Argus Project, and if you need anything feel free to ask." Argus offered helpfully, dull red eyes bright even if their smile was small.

"A'ight, brother. Well, enough chit chat. Let a mafioso see what he gotta do 'roun' 'ere." Project said, asking for a tour of the muddy island territory. Of course, he still used Cartel slang, and always used the terms mafioso or cholo. But that's a linguistical habit that was beset upon by the rper.
