Honestly, the tsunami made things absolutely horrendous. It made traveling the beach hard, and Caesar hated not being able to do things. Call him antsy, he just liked being able to go around and actually be able to do things without worrying about tripping over debris caused by the tsunami. So what was the demon's solution to this? To hang back towards where the beach started, and draw in the sand.
