There had been an awful lot of crocodiles near the area not so close to camp but she'd see them swimming, they were pretty cool to look at but she wondered over a few things. She was quite hungry too she found herself flying nearby where these beasts swam, she flapped her wings a few times before spotting some eggs. She would slowly make her way down staring at the egg only to notice that there was some eggs cracked, huh, whatever had eaten the eggs must have had a tasty snack. She grabbed the egg holding it to her chest only to fly into the air making sure her claws didn't puncture the somewhat delicate shell.

She eventually began to head towards her room and landed onto her bed setting the egg onto her pillow, she smiled at the egg and would say quietly "You'll make a great snack!" She hopped off the bed making her way over to bits of wood, she had thinking she could possibly make an omelette. Her ears twitched at the sudden sound of chirping, she walked over with a frown on her maw noticing the egg had rolled down from the pillow. "Huh," She would pick it up only to jump back feeling it move in her paws, she would glare at the egg with her fur fluffed up. Why was it moving like that? She heard a few more chirps and would get a bit closer wrapping her around the egg to listen better.

Crack!

She flinched at the sudden noise frowning with some concern hoping she didn't break it since she didn't want any egg guts on her bed. She stared at the crack in the egg, the chirps only growing louder and she would use a pink claw to peel off the bit of eggshell that was already coming off, she blinked at the sight of an eye staring back at her. "What the hell?" She finally muttered taking another piece off until the snout of the creature was poking out and it was letting out more chirps. Apparently, it wanted to get out of its shelly confinement. So being careful about it, Roxanne would release the mystery creature from its confinement and soon enough she was staring at a baby saltwater crocodile. Of course, Rox didn't know that and thought it was a funny looking lizard.

An iguana or maybe a gecko?

She wasn't sure but she got a pink cloth starting to clean the baby that was quite sticky, she disposed of the eggshell and was blinking rather lovingly at the crocodile. She was thinking before she finally said "I'll call you. . . Kalayavan. It suits you." Unlike most dark skins that the baby crocodiles possessed this one seemed to be a pearly white with black markings and "spikes". She loved him and he loved her too, he buried his face into her chest letting out happy chirps. Was she a mother now?
