let's tesselate // p - vanessa - georgie - 06-12-2018

If she had ever had a remarkable childhood, it was forgotten. She recalled pieces of it, each detail feeling more and more as though it had happened to someone else, like she was hanging onto a life that wasn't hers. Now all life is mine, if I want it. And Georgie wanted it. Wanted it more than air (not like she had to breathe, anyway), wanted it more than anything. Such was the way of a parasite, after all.

The leopard body had been forgotten for now. She was beautiful, but she was...wasn't, as fun as this new sweet thing. The body was a small one, smaller than she was normally comfortable with. Prey, but maybe she could have some fun with that. It was young, too. Another shot at childhood, she mused, waddling along in her small possum body. The heart beat so quickly, even when at rest.

Georgie stopped to choke back a sniffle that was entirely fake, lingering around the bay looking utterly miserable. Wasn't this what these sorts of animals did? Be sad? At any rate, the sort of fun she could have in this young body was the type that hinged on her ability to look absolutely and positively forlorn, so that's what she did, snuffling in the leaves uselessly.

IF LOOKS COULD KILL ✧ Vanessa Carlysle - The Typhoon
The mock sobs of the "young" possum had brought the Striker running over. She wasn't unaware that the cries were fake and she would look down at Georgie, a concerned frown on her facial features.

"Are you lost?" Nessa would ask.

She was still, peering at Vanessa pensively. Someone to play with. Georgie didn't know this woman, so she knew for a fact Vanessa didn't know her. The little creature scampered backward on legs that wobbled as the thing inside unraveled and prodded, trying to figure out how to fit into such a fragile casing.

"[color=white]H- Uh," She hiccuped meekly in a voice so small she almost didn't believe it. "[color=white]I'm, I...I don't know..." She looked around hesitantly. "[color=white]Momma said she'd be right back. She said." Her voice was tinged with trembling desperation. Before taking over the body of this sweet young thing, Georgie had made a meal out of the mother. Her new eyes, so small and so dark, fixed on Vanessa again. "[color=white]Are you a bad guy?"
