RED QUEEN ✧ Morrigan — High Queen — North End
Morrigan had been making herself feel more comfortable and at ease ever since the last meeting. She had removed her husband's throne from the Temple and ordered a small group of people to throw it out to sea. She would make sure that any thing that may remember one of her husband's rule would be removed.

Currently, she had been tearing down his paintings and decor that had been in her room. She carried a few of the decorations and passed them to a NPC. "Burn these. They have no importance to me, nor do they have importance to anyone in North End."

After the meeting, Adrian was supposed to go and train with his mentor--but as much as he enjoyed battle training, he had to make sure his mother was doing well. He was a bit of an ass, he'd be the first to admit, but he truly cared for his kin and the place he called home. He wanted to make sure that the doubt on their peoples' faces hadn't gotten to her. She was resilient, but there was always a limit.

He passed the NPC as he approached her room, quickly taking note of the paintings and decor that they held. She was already getting rid of anything that remained of the old man, huh? He couldn't blame her. It was best not to leave any traces of their former king, lest the subjects got any ideas. He pauses in the doorway, leans up against it.

"Already throwing his stuff out?" he asks with a smirk, his lessons on manners and acting like the royalty he was obviously not hitting their mark. "Probably for the best. I mean, he had horrible taste, no?" he holds up one of his father's robes as he speaks, hoping to lighten the atmosphere, even by a little bit.

RED QUEEN ✧ Morrigan — High Queen — North End
Morrigan had turned at the sound of her son's voice. She couldn't help but think of his father when she looked at her son. Unfortunately, Adrian reassembled his father so much. But, she couldn't blame him. Instead, she would inspire him to be a good King when he took over North End one day.

She had stared in disgust as Adrian held up his father's old robes. "Your father used to wear those during the early years of our marriage. A shame, he was once a good man. Yet, his lust for power and gold drove him mad. He did indeed have rather tacky tastes."
