Bastille knew that Luna's girls were getting close to their Fireball stage in life, but Starry had never quite clarified at what point Dwarf Stars would receive their necklaces. At birth? A few months old, when they could pick their material themselves? Just before starting their training? It wasn't like they'd ever had any Dwarf Stars before now to try things out on, which meant he was basically just... winging it. As usual, he supposed. Even the level of detail in Starry's notes couldn't help him with every random issue.
So, he stood in the Circle with that familiar draw string bag full of various strings -- ribbons, silvers, chains, vaguely ropey strings, etc. After a glance towards Sylva's fort to see if the girl was tucked away in there, he called idly, "Pele, Sylva, I have something for you." He supposed if they didn't hear his call, they'd hear someone else pass the word on.

Pele had just walked in from a bit of flight practice, evident from the dirt she shook off before stepping inside and the small scratches on her face. Nothing that time wouldn't heal, she'd probably visit Rin later to at least get them looked over. When she heard the call however, the fireball bounced over to her uncle and was quite perplexed at the bag. Things had been neglected to be explained to her, since she was always out doing something or in her room reading.
"What's that then uncle Bast?" She poked the bag with a sheathed paw, finding it heavy, yet not at the same time.

Sylva rolled her eyes upon seeing the state her sister was in. She was always out doing things that got her scratched up, and personally, she couldn't see the reason. She thought Pele could do other, more beneficial things, like helping out with the clan. She always enjoyed it, seeing the gratitude on her clan-mates' faces whenever she helped them. But that was just her view. She and her sibling were very different, after all.
Upon hearing Bastille call for them, she trotted over and looked over the bag, curious as to what it contained. Since the question had already been asked, she stayed silent, looking expectantly at their adopted uncle.
