Something drew him here.. the bond. It was always the bond. He really didn't know how to feel about it, really, but a small part of him was glad he had it. He and Gordon were always getting sperated, it seemed, and he would always go to great lengths just to find his twin. He needed her as much as she needed him, and the mere thought of never seeing her again... It made him physically ill.
So here he was, in the Ascendants and looking for his sister, though he padded along the border back and forth, looking somewhat agitated.

Re: deal of distress | joining, open - GORDON CIPHER. - 06-05-2018

Ever since she had joined, Gordon constantly gravitated towards the border, trying to find some sort of sign for her lost sibling. And it would always be the same: cold, dark, and no sense of her brother anywhere.

But today. Something flared to life inside her and Gordon immediately recognized it as the bond that was between her and Billiam. The little she-cat shot awake from her nap, scrambling to her paws as she tried making her way towards the border as fast as possible. Her heart pounded in her chest as she ran, and she could feel the irritation that Billiam felt as she got closer to the border.

”Billiam!” Gordon cried as he jumped, trying to playfully knock her brother over in an attempt to hug him. ”You-you’re here!” God, she was crying. But it was fine, they were happy tears. She was just so relieved and happy to see her littermate.

Luna had searched a long time for her older brother after he had disappeared. She had given up on finding him. Like their mother, he was gone. It was nice to see Gordon happily and playfully tackle the newcomer though.

"Welcome to The Ascendants, Billiam. Name's Luna." The Starstruck Guardian said. "Would you like a tour or do you want to explore on your own?"

[font=trebuchet ms]Rin had no idea if she had had any siblings before arriving here, be they biological or adopted. To some degree, she wondered if she would have known even if she still remembered anything; given that no one had appeared at the border claiming to be a family member of hers, she might not have been close with her family, and so might not have known if her parents had produced or adopted any other children. Maybe it was better that way, maybe it wasn't, as it was with almost everything her amnesia had taken away.

She had spotted the newcomer on the border, but before she could ask anything, Gordon had already tried to bowl him over in tears of joy. That... basically took care of all the questions she had, minus one. Approaching alongside Luna, Rin inquired, "Siblings?" They looked roughly the same age, and looked similar enough that they could be littermates, but they could also have been friends- she felt it wise to make sure before making assumptions.

Re: deal of distress | joining, open - Margaery - 06-05-2018

While Margaery had a plethora of step and half siblings, she had never taken it upon herself to get close to any of them. By the time that they entered this world via means of another parent completely (Caroline had strayed from her father on multiple occasions), she had already grown too invested in her parents and aunts and uncles to even attempt to build that familiar and arguably unbreakable bond with them. She supposed it didn't really matter though, not when a sibling would be around for a few weeks and then disappear completely. It was better that she didn't grow attached, really. It saved her a lot of pain in the end.

But that didn't mean she wasn't happy for Gordon. Quite the opposite actually. Her life had been tumultuous as of late and as strange as it sounded, seeing one of her clanmates reunited with a long lost brother and absolutely ecstatic about it... well, it warmed her heart. [color=#b14767]"Welcome," Margaery would offer as she joined the small group, a tiny smile dancing upon her chocolate lips, [color=#b14767]"My name is Margaery Mikaelson. It's a pleasure."
