A thing of beauty and yet cowardess. The snow leopard moved casually along the lands with her new friend in tow. Each step guiding them closer to the cold realm she sought. She hoped they would be welcomed as she loved the idea of the cold weather. She wanted to be where she could just thrive for once. That wasn't do wrong, right?
Right.
Stopping on the boarder of the Frostguard, she turns her head to look back at Jack. The silent and masked male was not far behind. She turns her head forward as she shoots her voice out to his mind via her telepathy. Almost home, Jacky boy. Just hang in there. She would slowly take a seat and wait for him to sit beside her. Once he did, she would wrap her tail about him and lean on him to help warm the not so cold weather beast.
And there the duo waited.

They were a strange duo. A mutated snow leopard and a maned wolf wearing a jack o lantern mask. Surely they were the oddest of the odd. They met when her home was disbanded and her friends vanished. She found him and formed a small friendship. Over their travels it grew into a best friendship. Something he was grateful for and scared of. Then she said they needed a true home and he agreed.
Not because he wanted one no. He just knew she did and that was fine. He could avoid people here like he did everywhere else. It wasn't that hard. So he followed her and learned of her plan. He was not built for cold, but she promised him fur cloaks and to keep him warm. Thus, he didn't mind it.
He followed and stopped beside her as she spoke to his mind. Sitting and leaning into the warmer fur of his feline friend. He shivered, but said nothing. She knew he understood and heard her.
