We see you ;; pitt visitor - Cobra - 03-13-2023 He knew very little about this group. As he took a spot on the boarder, he wondered if this was a wise idea. Day five of his trip. He was sure this group would prove useful or deadly. They even had a spooky name. It was fitting. Very fitting at that.
The lion set his basket of gifts down. The same armor, weapons, food, and herbs. He would watch the other side of the boarder as he waited. Wondering how long it would be before others noticed him. Though he was wary, he was curious. actions | "speech" | attacking ☽ sometimes i sleep all day Re: We see you ;; pitt visitor - ALYSANNE. - 03-19-2023 Alysanne, it would seem, was the first to find the stranger. The three-eyed wolf narrowed her eyes as she sped into a trot, her usual morning walk now interrupted; the stranger, from what she could tell, was there on peaceful terms. What a downer. "I don't recognize you." She remarked as she came to a stop before the lion; goodness sake, why were there lions everywhere? What she'd do to knock one of them down a peg and turn them into a little kittycat. "To what do I owe the pleasure?" It would appear she had either yet to notice the basket, or simply didn't care for its contents; she scanned her eyes up and down his larger form, her back hooves stomping the sand down, flattening it, before finally she sat down. Her gaze dropped to the basket, curiosity piqued. Re: We see you ;; pitt visitor - Cobra - 03-20-2023 A woman greeted him and he offered a respectful dip of his head. The words were curt and simple enough. The male let's his head raise up and his tail swish slightly. "I wish to change that. I am Night of No Stars. I come from the Pitt to offer gifts and perhaps gain a friendship between groups." He replied calmly, completely unaware of her feelings towards lions like himself. Not that he would care to much how she felt about his species.
The male would slide the basket towards her and then sit back. "We like t[o have strong neutrals. Your groups name came to us through the grape vine and we liked the rumors we heard." Well, Olalla did. He was a bit more cautious as they reminded him of his brother. actions | "speech" | attacking ☽ sometimes i sleep all day Re: We see you ;; pitt visitor - APOCALYPSE - 03-20-2023 [table][tr][td][/td][/tr][/table] WATER IS GONE The wyrm dragged himself forward, heat radiating off his great body. The snake-eyed beast hissed, and Apocalypse coiled around near the duo. As the local inquisitor, he had the ability to accept or deny such gifts. "Your group doesn't happen to have an icy wyvern as one of its members, does it?" the mere mention of the beast sent hunger into his system -- their icy flesh was appeasing, and he wanted more.

Re: We see you ;; pitt visitor - Cobra - 03-20-2023 The question made him turn his head. Eyes scanning the larger beast as he thought. "No. Not that i have seen. Dragons, fire and water, but nothing ice." He admits with a tilt of his head. Wondering what such a question was about. Then again, it could have been a run in the other had. It was not the Pitt, though.

“What, exactly, were those rumors from the vine?” Meteor asked. The lion with the stars in his mane stepped to stand beside Alysanne. Presenting unity to outsiders ranked high on his priorities, but he’d rather avoid Apocalypse’s scorching aura. Personally, Meteor considered it a sign of weakness to have such little control of one’s own power, and he hoped Apocalypse would stay the co-inquisitor until his father’s death. What a thrill it’ll be to eat the wyrm’s heart in the fighting pits. Meteor’s golden eyes scanned the gifts. He saw nothing in the herbs he wanted, but he collected a piece of bone armor that was roughly lion-sized. “The last I heard, the Pitt had abandoned their dreams of conquest. From this, I see you lot still know how to prepare for war. So perhaps this friendship is possible, hm?” Re: We see you ;; pitt visitor - Cobra - 03-30-2023 [glow=#000,1,400]SOMETIMES I SLEEP ALL DAY, BECAUSE I HATE THE SUNLIGHT — 。+゚.[/glow]
Another came up next and he turned those lightning blue optics onto the lion. Hearing the question and answering in turn. [glow=#ffffff,1,400]Nothing bad, i assure you. Word of a group on an island that is more alligned with the darker things in life. All very intriguing, really. Not that anyone could voice what dark things or why they felt that way. To scared to come close to your boarders, i suppose.[/glow] He stopped as the other took some armor and then spoke on the pitt. He offered a chuckle. Friendly in nature. [glow=#ffffff,1,400]We may not seek to take over the territories, but we are still capable of fighting when we need to. We all have bone armor and weapons. Hand crafter from prey, or trespassers. No need to become soft just because priority changes.[/glow] He mused before noting the friendship comment. [glow=#ffffff,1,400]A friendship would be lovely. We can bring armor and weapons of bone whenever you need. We have dragon to hamster sized armors and weapons. So, size can be adjusted.[/glow] [glow=#ffffff,1,400]speaking[/glow] Re: We see you ;; pitt visitor - METEOR - 03-31-2023 METEOR

Meteor’s fluffy tail-tip flicked. The inquisitor couldn’t tell if the Pittian was speaking the truth, but what would the blue-eyed lion gain by doing so? Perhaps the larger groups were still in the dark about the Descendents of the Departed. Well… not for much longer. “Weapons and armor would be lovely,” Meteor purred. One of the downsides of living on a volcanic island was an annoying lack of metal and other mining resources. Or even bone—cannibalism typically sprang up in places with limited resources, and Meteor’s home was not an exception to the pattern he’d noticed in his travels. “However, I doubt the Pitt is motivated by generosity.” His golden eyes narrowed slightly. Perhaps they had a mole, and the Pitt’s leader had already learned of their plans. He wouldn’t put it past the Pitt to keep everyone’s eyes on the Descendents while the jungle kicked up their own plans. “What do you expect in return?” Re: We see you ;; pitt visitor - Cobra - 04-01-2023 [glow=#000,1,400]SOMETIMES I SLEEP ALL DAY, BECAUSE I HATE THE SUNLIGHT — 。+゚.[/glow]
The male didn't k ow much about the group or what they could offer. Nor did he know what they had recently done. Not that he would care, really. They hadn't harmed the Pitt and thus were perfect for a neutrality. The Councilman listened in total silence until he was asked a question. He learned that weapons would be useful. He was not worried about the finer details for now. He just noted it mentally. [glow=#ffffff,1,400]The Pitt seeks neutrality. Perhaps friendship in the future where both sides can rely on each other should something arrise. Though, this is down the line. Simple trade and a few events together as neutrals would be fine if thats all it ever becomes.[/glow] He replied with a tilt of his head. Blinking those lightning blue optics as he thought a moment. [glow=#ffffff,1,400]I hear volcanic rock and sulfer is common on places like this. Perhaps we can make weapons from such things. Weapons you could use as well.[/glow] [glow=#ffffff,1,400]speaking[/glow] Re: We see you ;; pitt visitor - METEOR - 04-02-2023 METEOR

“Then we are on the same page,” Meteor said. He smirked momentarily; a cannibalistic cult and a crumbling empire was an alliance akin to demon lords trusting each other to challenge heaven. A brow quirked at the black lion’s request. “Obsidian, you mean? Andesite and basalt are only useful because they degrade into black sand.” Obsidian was everywhere, but it was fragile like glass—teeth and claw were more reliable. He shrugged with a slight smile. “Sure, if that’s what you want.” |
