The dead eyed woman moved silently across the sands. Blood soaking into jer fur as she dragged the corpse under her. Hollow eyes void of emotion as she moved towards her home. To her, this gazelle was a trespasser and food. Was it sentient? She did not ask it.

She was hungry and she had cubs to feed. So, she did not care about that. She would only stop once home. Dropping the carcass and chirping to summon those that were hungry. She was would eat when she was ready to.

First priority was her cubs. That was what her mind told her. She had six mouths to feed. Not counting herself. So, she settled onto her haunches and waited.
