Stress was not even the beginning of how Seven felt. It was a choking feeling, suffocating her behind a strong face. It drew life from her bright face, drained her of oh so needed energy. By the time that most of her patients were well enough to leave their beds, go back to families that adored them, Seven found herself already exhausted. And she looked around, finding that the only outline she could spot was Aesior himself. The choking feeling returned, and she forced herself away.

Her paws felt along the ground, sweeping up fallen herbs and ruined bandages from around beds. She could tell it was morning -- the breeze that rattled her window ever so gently smelled fresh, unbattered by heat. She could walk out, show herself for the day. But Aesior needed her utmost attention -- him and the house she lived in. It was absolutely a mess, she was sure. Time, and her own issues, let dust gather and old glass pieces lay about. It was a lot for one blind woman to deal with.

Turning to the door as it opened, she stopped halfway. Her words tried to mask her exhaustion. "Yes, Hello? Do you need something?
