tell me about it ;; raymond - tanglewoodian - 02-21-2023

the jungle fu moved along slowly through the lands. heading home with a basket full of potted plants. she had some planting to do and was coming back from a little market. the npc was eager to sell and she was eager to buy. each step was slow and careful until she was at her home. stopping to put her basket by her raised bed and look about. she may need help at some point. she had much to do. she had to plant these, make tea, and make her flower crowns.

not to mention she had to set her home up inside and get her items moved in. it was a lot and she was not sure where wo start. the beast sighed and looked to the flowers. eyes soft as she took a moment to rest and think. unaware that anyone else may be nearby.

Re: tell me about it ;; raymond - Raymond - 03-03-2023

Raymond was new to Tanglewood and did not know many of it's occupants, including the jungle fu he saw in the distance. From the middle of the clearing, he watched as she dropped her basket and let out a sigh. His dark green gaze spotted the plants from afar, noting that they would be good for his own home. Perhaps she would be open to selling? The panther thought it would not hurt to try, but he wouldn't mind if she said no. He had better things to do than remove flowers from a pot and plant them into a small plot next to his home.

Even so, he had a thing for beauty. Though often ragged himself, he liked the pleasantries of life and keeping up appearances. From what he saw, her goods could satisfy that need for awhile... and it'd keep his mind off his family. With that in mind, the feline let himself trail forward. Paws treaded over to her, only to step a few inches away from the entrance of her home. Should he knock? Probably. Her door was already cracked though, perhaps it was better to just say hello. Yeah. Something like that.

"Excuse me, darling," he started off with. "I noticed you have a variety of potted plants." He let his head poke slightly through the door, looking at her with expectant eyes. "I'm new here and need to spice up my home. Are you willing to trade?" Oh god... What was he going to sell? He practically had nothing. Maybe a service or a future promise? A deal of sorts seemed viable.

The woman let her head turn and her eyes scan the panther as they spoke. Trade for her flowers? She seemed a bit surprised, but offered a soft smile. "No need for all that. I can get more easily or grow my own again. Which ones did you like?" She offered as she motioned to the pots.

Then she turned to scan the flowers. Ears perking as she realized how wonderful it was that others wanted to bring nature home. "I cant say no to another lover of such things. The beauty of nature should be shared."
