BEHOLD THE FADED LIGHT ;; p, Anakin - tristitia - 06-03-2018 fate or finality
Finally. It had taken ages, months, to get a new teacher in the Force. The lioness felt as if she was falling behind, that she had begun to lose her skills. She grew frustrated, angry, but now, she could let go and relax a bit. Of course, that is what she was doing, curled up on a blanket in her and Val's cottage. Her breathing was slow, but before she knew it, she was in a dream. Not any dream, she was in a weird, starry realm. A huff escaped the lioness as she circled, walking around in an attempt to find out where she was. “Hello?” She asked, gaze darting. [member=262]ANAKIN SKYWALKER.[/member] © madi
Re: BEHOLD THE FADED LIGHT ;; p, Anakin - Owlie - 06-06-2018 The realm dissolved and morphed into a monochromatic blue forest, shifting itself about her and settling in. The forest seemed endless and empty, devulging and losing its light and leaving her alone in the darkness. Faraway, a blue form shimmered between the trees and moved. It seemed to be walking, dust particles and leaves moving to form the figure of Anakin’s ghost, mighty mane and all. It wasn’t paying attention to her. The lioness watched as she was left all alone in the bitter darkness, it grasped, took a hold of her. She couldn't see, she couldn't fight back and it felt as if she could barely breathe. Distress swarmed over her, until she saw a light from faraway. Her gaze locked onto the mighty creature, and she tried to find his way to him, trying to run to him. “Father!” She called out. Turns out she was still Daddy's little girl after all. © madi
Re: BEHOLD THE FADED LIGHT ;; p, Anakin - Owlie - 06-09-2018 The spirit turned, walking away from the young Skywalker. Perhaps he didn’t hear her. Perhaps they were in different realms entirely. Anakin’s light was warm and shone brilliantly, but the forest was dark and chilling. It felt twisted and evil, as if it was out to get her. Maybe she would catch up eventually. What was he doing? Why didn’t he hear her? An awkward smile forced itself into her maw as he turned and walked off. What was he doing? Metal ears can’t hear or something? Wait... he’s a spirit! He should be able to hear perfectly fine! She stopped in the middle of the forest with twisted trees. The chilling feeling set in her bones, the darkness surrounded her. For a few minutes, Sekai, being the angsty teenager she was, watched helplessly. That’s when she took action and bolted after him, trying to catch up. “Hey, Dad! Got cotton in your ears?!” The lioness called. © madi

When Sekai was nearly close enough to touch him, the ghost turned around. In a fluid motion, his body became solid, smaller, darker. Yellow sulfuric eyes stared at her. The Emperor now stood in Anakin's place, coming closer to her and hissing. x x x x "Young Sekai... Your father cannot help you any longer." ★ ★

Oh. Oh no. This was getting to be some weird stuff. Did she take another part of that drink without knowing? She hoped not. This was supposed to be her teacher, guide, her mentor. Why was he hissing at her? Her eyes widened and ears flattened as she remarked, “Help me? I just want to talk to him. He was just here.” © madi

Or any other spirits here. It's just us, and the darkness." The Emperor smiled, showing yellowed teeth, He turned away and was about to speak again. x x x x Until he was tackled and sent off into the darkness by a glowing blue entity. "Sekai." Anakin turned to his daughter, and stared down at her. "You're going to wake up soon." The scene suddenly shifted, the cub standing on the shore and Anakin standing on a lake. The night sky reflected perfectly on the calm lake water. There was an observatory in the distance. "Come find me." With that, Anakin would vanish and she was bound to wake up soon. ★ ★

He was never here? No, that couldn't be right! She saw him! She knew what she saw! The Emperor looked nothing like him. Any other spirits? Don't worry...? What was he going to do to her? Her eyes widened in disbelief and distrust. She backed away from him, those threatening yellow teeth. In a flash, he was in the darkness, tackled and sent off. Her breath grew to be shallow-- oh no, no no no. This wasn't gonna end well! Suddenly, the dark, cramped forest was a beach. She stared at the lake, the observatory. “Why, why do I-” Her voice was cut off as she woke up. Jeez, the prophets. A lesson she had to learn. © madi
