Are there any specific rules for uncharted territory groups? Like regulations on there creation n stuff like that. I looked and couldn’t find any but I’m a bit interested in making one and wanted to be sure

As long as you stick to the regular rules, there are no specifications at the moment. There are a few rules for Uncharted Group Rewards, but that's all.
