what a curse. she was caught off guard by some lion thing. it was not fair that she had a lost limb. her bandaged hind left side was all she had to remind her that she was a joke. the kitten sized woman hissed as she moved away from her home. half limping and half hopping.
she was getting the hang of it and refused to look weak. so, she would stand outside on the steps of her home. watching others pass her by without much thought. she just wanted them to see she was there. she was not cripled. she was doing just fine. but deep down she knew the truth.
she was lying.
