Their breaths were sharp, and the demon watched the frosty breath leave their muzzle and fizzle into the air as they walked. Sure, it was a little more bearable in terms of cold weather, but still. Pulling the cloak closer, the demon trudged through the soggy snow, humming a tune.
Seeing a stark black against the white snow, there in one instant and gone in the next, Sebastian froze. Quickly their legs moved and now they were chasing this strange grey tabby cat with wings. They carried a faded swampy scent that was almost completely hidden by fear. [b]"Hey! Would you just stop for a second? I can try and see if you're injured?" They called out, but was then stopped by the larger feline whipping around.
For a long while they stared at each other, and Sebastian winced. This larger cat, a tom by the looks of it, looked absolutely horrified. His wings were flared out, eyes wide and ears tilted back. "Let me help you, please." And the demon took a step forward.
The other wordlessly yowled and then took off past the border, out into uncharted lands. Sebastian followed until the border, then stopped. With a concerned expression, they called out to him, even though he was consistently getting farther and farther away, "What happened...?"

the sounds of shouting and yowling brought him charging through the forestry, the regent ploughing to a halt near sebastian with raised eyebrows, wildly sniffing the air, ready to have leapt into combat. growling softly as he looked around with raised hackles, "Sebastian, what just happened?", he asked the demon, picking up on the strong fear scent filling the air, his fur slowly coming to lay flat, his head turning until he caught sight of the stranger fleeing far away and sighing. "Shit. Trespasser, and scared for his life. I wonder if he saw something ...", he murmured as he gazed around the immediate area.

We do have a warning reputation after all. He's probably got a hell of a story to tell his friends."
