no such thing as bargaining; open - eating - SOJOURN - 05-31-2022 Lucky day, lucky timing. Whichever was seen as the most convenient. Either way the lion had to satisfy a terrible itch. One that was so bad that he needed to stop it. Stop it before it got out of control. So he left before claws could inflict more damage upon the Coalition like they had done so many times before. He had killed members of the Coalition before and suffered alone in his own madness. Madness that still clung to him like a heavy cloak. A friend that whispered in his ear. Alas it took him little time to come back home, blood slipping along his jaws from the limb clamped between teeth. The creature that it had come from had been small in stature so this would only be a morsel. Yet the stark contrast of red against his white pelt was stunning. He smelled of sand and ocean waters, shaking moisture from his thick pelt before found a place to settle upon. His home was where he found himself relaxing, on the wooden and ice covered porch. Grappling the leg he would begin to chew on it, tearing the flesh from bone as he swallowed. Cannibalism was fine and dandy for him. He never had a problem with it. It was simply food, something to keep his urges at bay. His dark grey orbs flicked up to watch others as they passed by, shifting just slightly. He hadn't taken much notice to the leaking scratches on his body, the oozing black and purple staining. It didn't matter when he was getting his fill. Stopping for this brief moment his hunger. zuri was not lucky that day. her new mutations were enough of an issue for her. this was, another very wild issue in her eyes. that smell was strange enough and the fact this coalition member was eating something odd. so, the little fox froze at the sight of the beast chewing on a leg. a leg that ;looked feline in nature.
her wings twitching behind her as she watched in surprise, or maybe shock? she didn't understand what he was doing or why. she knew he was eating, but he was eating another creature. another sentient creatures limb, as she didn't know many feral felines. she had never known any feral creatures that weren't prey animals. concern laced her delicate features. "what are you eating..?" that timid voice reached out softly. eyes not leaving him as his meal ended and she let her ears fold back. not sure if she was even safe there currently. "speech" THEY FALL DOWN AND GET UP
