TWINKLE • herb planting - CORRUPTTIMELINES - 04-05-2022

This may be one of the oddest things seen by the people Corrupttimeliens lived with yet. Sure, this was aside from the fact that they were mostly wildcats and canines in relation to a literal dragonic creature walking amongst them. Cory really was a spectacle in comparison to those he lived with in more ways then one. On one hand, he was a pacifist who desired nothing but peace and compassion from those around him. On the other hand, he was a cold blooded murder and torturer at the drop of a hat, no other consideration needed. All it took to send him spiraling over the edge of good, spilling into the he land of evil with a mess even he could not quite clean, was a singular word.

Thankfully, it was not a word heard often here.

Today, Corrupttimelines had thought to do something not many others would consider. They were not in short supply by any means right now, but the wyvern felt it would be beneficial to plant some herbs regardless. This was a byproduct of his own mind coming to life. The vibrant colors of all the herbs utilized in their way of life would light up the swamplands with a new air of green and joy. Truthfully, the typically sullen wyvern found it to feel liberating. How could one turn their nose up at the thought of not worrying any longer about whether or not they’ll have enough herbs to heal someone? He wasn’t about to pass this up.

Gingerly, Cory sprinkled seeds into premade little mounds. Then, with one fell sweep of his wings, he would cover them into their little nesting spots. As he did so, the wyvern would glance around for his bucket of water. Where did he leave it?

the small turtle would find himself following cory, again. he often found himself following his father about. it was safer. that was why he was currently clanking his shell on the bucket. he was bored and had no idea what was happening. so, he was trying to test his strength on the 'lost' bucket of water. thought he couldn't seem to move it, as how would a turtle the size of a wyverns toe nail move such a thing? at least he seemed to be trying.

As the wyvern glanced about, a soft clanking noise rang in his ears. Whipping about, he couldn’t help but display a soft grin. The mystery of the missing water bucket had been solved. Shifting his weight, Corrupttimelines went to move the bucket and begin to water the newly planted herbs. Then, he’d wipe some sweat from his brow with a small grin. “One day, you’ll know how to do this.

one day he would know how to do what now? the oblivious little male would look up at his father with confusion in his eyes. though, he was now mildly curious at what his father had been doing, so he made his way closer. taking note of the strange mounds his father made and then looking up at his father with a curious expression.
