why is life so strange ;; tired - Night of No Stars - 04-05-2022
the past few days, night had been working nonstop. cleaning. hunting. herb collecting. anything he could do, he had been. he waned the attention. the gratitude. so, he worked for it until he forgot himself. he hadn't been sleeping. he hardly ever slept as was, but the work load broke him. he was headed back to camp with a basket of food.
his paws softly thumping the ground as he moved along. but his pace was beyond slow. his eyes were heavy as were his steps. he needed to rest, but he was forcing himself to carry on. he wouldn't be surprised if he collapsed after dropping this off. as soon as he set that basket down, he lay on the ground nearby.
eyes closed and taking a moment to himself. anyone that wanted this food was welcome to it. the trip was long, but worth it.

Being that he was so young still, Arfur did not have many responsibilities. As the pup took it, he was simply here to observe everyone else in their endeavors to learn the way of life. Eventually, he knew responsibility would befall him. However, for now he intended on making the most of his youth while learning simultaneously.
Drifting near, the smell of food wafting throughout the air caught the pup’s attention. Licking his lips endearingly, the pup moved closer to take some meat into his jaws and consume it, just before noticing the person who had blessed them with it nearby.
“Mister night? Are you sick?”
