specific plots:
If you want a long-term plot with Zjarr or want him to be involved in another character's plot, let me know! I'm down for all sorts of plots.
THE BEACON:
It's clear that Zjarr is emotionally attached to the ghost haunting his Forge, Silas (referred to as Flamey due to his old WCRPG name Flamewhisker), who was the original owner of the domestic cat and wolf bodies Zjarr seized for himself. Flamey was forced to share the bodies with Zjarr, who possessed him and took almost full control. Over several years, Zjarr became bonded to Flamey, who acted as his moral compass and beacon of metaphorical light. Flamey urged Zjarr to be in touch with his moral side, while Zjarr often did his own thing and rarely did Flamey's bidding; eventually, though, Zjarr began to act morally due to Flamey's persistence. With Flamey having escaped his body and gone on to haunt his Forge, Zjarr has a certain hole gaping in his heart, often visiting Flamey at the Forge for hours on end.
Zjarr meets a character (he is bisexual, so no gender preference) and eventually falls in love with them — the first time he has experienced genuine love in years. He is an easygoing yet caring partner to the character, and the two can start off with a genuine, loving relationship. Over time the character begins to realize Zjarr's sneaking back to the Forge to speak with Flamey, who he isn't romantically interested in but instead has an otherwise obsessive attachment to due to them having shared the same body for so long. Eventually realizing the unhealthy attachment, the character either exorcises the Forge themself or hires someone capable of doing so, expunging Flamey out of the Forge. Flamey will eventually be reborn, but he will be born to a litter quite some time in the future with no genuine recollection of Zjarr or any contents of his past.
Zjarr will be confused as to why Flamey is missing, and the character will admit to having exorcised Flamey. Zjarr is enraged, cutting off ties to the character and straining their relationship as well as foregoing his moral development. In time he will realize the error of his ways and make amends to the character, and whether or not they will continue a romantic relationship afterwards is up to you.
