sad, beautiful, tragic - intro - deliah . - 02-16-2022

[align=center][div style="width: 45%; text-align: justify; font-size: 12pt; letter-spacing: -1px; font-family: times new roman;"]♡ — It had been a year since Deliah had joined Tanglewood. A whole year since she'd escaped her miserable life and joined this ragtag group of outcasts who had taken her in and given her something to live for. Though she didn't show it often, Del was actually quite fond of her Clanmates. Tanglewood was filled with so many different personalities and it made living there very interesting. There was never a dull moment in that muggy swamp.

The sleek black dog had just gotten back to camp after a hunting session. It was a cool, breezy winter morning and as to be expected, there hadn't been much prey lurking in the shadows. She arrived at the Tavern and dropped her prey off, hoping they'd be able to make something tasty out of the measly rabbit to serve to the Clan. She sat down at one of the empty tables and ordered an Iced Tea, one of her favorites.

Re: sad, beautiful, tragic - intro - Atticus Roux - 02-21-2022

The tavern wasn't one of Atticus' favorite places. Too loud and social for him. He had to admit that they made a mean meal every once and awhile though, hence his visit for today. With the cold weather, the short feline desired something hot to warm him up, whatever that may be. Chef's pick. Although, let's be honest. If Atticus was at any restaurant, he'd be the prick to always order chicken tenders, but his choices were very limited depending on the day's hunts. So the grumpy cat had to deal.

One and a half ears pressed down on the back of his head as he wandered into the building. Golden eyes peered around. Some tables were taken, but many were left open, causing him to let out a sigh of relief. The feline meandered towards one of the open table tops and placed himself at it (one that happened to be next to Deliah). Paws fiddling with the ground below, he looked over to his neighboring animals. Eyes caught on Deliah. Atticus couldn't remember if he had seen her around or not. The thought was wracking his brain as he tried to scrounge through his memories, only to come up empty. His brow furrowed.

Curiosity got the best of him. Impatient, he crudely blurted out. "Have I seen you somewhere?" The Roux male craned his head and narrowed his gaze. Maybe he was forgetting. There were so many Tanglewooders to remember...
