A powerful roar cut through the sky as Nord Holland, Baron of 4 years, landed on the Spinel Plaza. His wings flared out before tucking them back in as he kept his balance with his haunche. His golden eyes through his crystal skull mask glowing as he carefully shuffled to lower himself to not intimidate new recruits, or those who have yet to see him. "Citizens of Emerald Isles!" The Baron roared, "We have reopened our borders to allow new blood in, and to prove we are not enemies of any. The Isles before was weak in not allowing allies, and reckless attacks. We will prove we have grown since the last Baron!"

With a quiet huff, Nord rose up once again to give offical news, "This month's news is that we have several S/HP and HP positions open and we have open borders. If anyone is interested in becoming a S/HP or a HP, please direct yourself to this thread. If you wish to join, you may make a post about joining and/or recieving your necklace, or making yourself an intro to show you are already part of the Isles. There will be another add-on to this meeting near the end of the month."
