MENTORSHIP
Mentorship is openly discussed in this thread for what you want to train in, and for Mentors. Guild Leaders only give the quests/missions. Trainee's are trained by a Mentor who has completed either the Basic or Specialized training.
GUILD TRAINING
When an animal decides to start training, they can choose a Guild to train under. They are given a Mentor to help them, and tasks to help them realize their path in the Guild, and gain bond with their Class. You report to them after each successful mission you finish. You will be rewarded Rubees with each complete task. Training is up to Guild Leaders, but usually lasts around 6 months to a year depending on how a trainee takes to it or behaves.
