The first yearly event for the Kingpin was coming up quick and with barely any time to plan, he had to think. Any previous traditions were introduced by his mother's creative mind, but she hadn't lived long enough to see them in action. He wanted to continue though. The legacy of his parents was an important one and something the lion cherished, despite their untimely demise. He hoped the rest would do the same. Nevertheless, the summer solstice was coming quick and with his mother's words in mind, the lion set out to begin his first conquest as a leader.

The lion stood on the edge of the Hall of the Kings' stairs. After Sojourn's destruction of the statues within it, stone debris laid at the entrance. He had plans to rebuild, but there were more important things to focus on. That could wait. His periwinkle hues surrounded by crimson mangosteen paint looked around one last time before turning towards the horizon. Conveniently placed, unlit torches lined his vision. With a roar, Romulus' voice rang throughout the territory. "COALITION OF THE CONDEMNED, GATHER FOR THE BEGINNING OF THE SUMMER SOLSTICE!" His voice alerted wanderers close and far. With time, a crowd had gathered. Their were ears perked, claws out, and eyes narrowed, ready to participate in their first annual summer solstice.

A satisfied flick of his tail and raised head signaled his pleasure. Good. They all arrived promptly. With a slight grin, he began to speak. "Wanderers," he introduced. "Welcome to your first summer solstice." The ground rumbled beneath their feet as he spoke, only to stop as he finished. Torches that lined the hall and it's stairs now dramatically lit up with raging flames. The event had begun. Onto the details though...

Enemies were picky for Romulus. The summer solstice marked when the Kingpin made their decision to focus on a specific enemy, but the current leader wasn't very antagonistic. He held no disdain for The Pitt or Tanglewood. Only The Typhoon and Palm Glades, one for killing his father and the other for blatant betrayal. Other than that, he couldn't see him declaring his group's wrath upon them. Thus his decision was made. "We will be focusing our attention on The Typhoon, along with the Palm Glades, during this time," came his announcement.

"To hone our skills against them, a few events will be hold throughout the week."

After announcing each event and explaining their schedule, the leader turned back to those that gathered. His head craned. Soft hues watched as they talked among themselves and reacted, only to notice he was staring in silence. Quiet followed quickly. "Is that clear?" he questioned.
