thats so dope! where would these groups be *set*? since europe and asia are griffingate and blackfall, is the rest of the world "habitable" enough?

as long as it's an area within earth, you should be all good. just know that areas near power plants are more susceptible to more powers, along with mutations. along with this, the entire US is practically a blank slate within the west.
