"Momma Roxie!!" Vayne called as she carried a little bag with her, carrying the gifts that she had for the Captain and her wife. "Momma Diya!!" She was quite excited honestly, and she hoped her adoptive mothers enjoyed the gifts she picked out for them. It was the least she could do, after all, for them taking care of her and teaching her that Aphra was not the perfect mother she pretended to be.

"Yes dear?" she would ask as she approached, brushing her large muzzle against the feline's head. She would take a step back, head tilting to the side as she looked at the small bag the girl carried. Honestly, she had no clue what today was, it wasn't like she'd had a reason to celebrate it in years. Her own moms well... she hardly remembered them and with that giant gap in her memory, there was a lot she didn't really remember.

Unfortunately for Lumia, she didn't really have anyone to celebrate this particular day with. Her own mother was pretty much nonexistent in her memory, with the girl's only knowledge of the woman being that she hadn't wanted Lu. Needless to say, Mother's Day hadn't exactly been on the younger Cipher's radar, since thinking about the occasion would only cause her to become upset. Seeing others celebrate it as a the positive and pleasant day it could really be, though? She couldn't deny that such a thing filled her with a sense of happiness. That was why she had glanced up when she heard Vayne's call, drifting a little bit closer to where the other privateer stood. She couldn't help but watch with interest, wondering what surely delightful gifts Vayne had gotten for Diya and Roxanne.

Vayne purred as Diya came over, rubbing her head against Vayne's own before pulling back. Vayne opened up her bag, shifting to the side to 'hide' the surprise she had, before pulling out a pair of two diamond earrings. "Happy Mother's Day!!" The she-cat purred loudly, hoping that Diya liked this gift. It was the closest thing that she could find that had somewhat of a resemblance to Diya's interest in blacksmithing - as opposed to Roxanne being a bit more of a fighter. Keona's memories of her mother were... Faint. Virtually nonexistent, though she held onto what she had. A voice. What little else she recalled came more from her father than her, considering how young she had been when she died. She even knew her language... But once again, that was mostly thanks to her father.
Of course, the dire wolf didn't even really know about mother's day. Only heard from passing conversations it had been coming up. It sounded like a nice concept, she supposed. To honor one's mother. So long as the mother was... A good mother, but in the case of Vayne's, the fae had no doubt of that.
So she joined Lumia in silence, smiling softly. She hardly wanted to interrupt the nice family time.

Annnd there was Roxanne Roux, someone who Aphra had specifically told Vayne and her littermates to avoid. It was kind of funny, really, to imagine that Roxie had even adopted her (well technically it had been Diya, but since the two were married now, they both adopted her). "Happy Mother's Day!" Vayne repeated with just as much enthusiasm as she did with Diya's gift, briefly searching through her bag for Roxie's gift - a pair of scorpion earrings.[glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:･ﾟ[/glow]
