It had been quite the month, he would admit for his own liking but despite it all... He had done a decent job of not letting Palm Glades burn to the ground after the disappearance of Rhinestonestar that was something he could be proud of or he hoped anyways. With whiskers twitching lightly did he leave his home that morning making sure that he appeared nice for his very first meeting as legate, he shook his head trying to calm his nerves that entire time. He didn't wish to hold the meeting where it usually was normally presented so he would stop in front of the ferris wheel, Rhinestonestar had easily scaled it as a dragon so he chose to sit within one of the seats only to call for his groupmates "Gather for a meeting!" He sat there with his tail neatly placed over his forepaws with a smile present on his maw, his ears twitching lightly.

Winterhymns smiled at all of those that had been gathered as he nodded slowly deciding that he would begin seeing that he was certain that more would arrive while he spoke. They were a small but humble group and they were his family so with a flick of his tail would he part his jaw to speak "Firstly, I would like to give a warm welcome to those who have decided to join our little group. Welcome to Blue, Amos, Fearless, and the Survivor. It seems an older member had returned so we are happy to have him, Vaas. Welcome to the lot of you, I hope you all adjust comfortably within Palm Glades." He would let that sink in feeling nothing but happy that more people were slowly joining his little group, it was nice to see new faces within the group after such a long, stressful month. New people meant new friendships and bonds to be formed between several of the the people here. His whiskered twitching ever so slightly as he took a deep breath deciding that he should continue before he possibly rambled. Nobody liked it when he rambled, it was such a bad habit of his at this rate.

"I would like to give Wyvernkit, Goldenkit, Onyxpaw, and Rowena a shoutout. Keep up the good work," He was proud of that small group though he was a bit more excited for the next announcement that he had, he shuffled his paws for a moment before a large grin on his maw as began to speak once again "Drayden, I would like you to step up to either Centurion or Keeper. That is if you wish, young knight." Though his smile began to falter at the next thing he had to mention, he cleared his throat with a curt nod of his cranium "Mezrith, you are relieved of your position as Gladiator. If you desire to have the rank again you must work for it," Winterhymns had not seen much of the woman ever since the disappearance of Rhinestonestar though he chose not to linger on these thoughts for too long as he took a deep breath remembering that he would have to speak about a certain someone's actions.

The situation itself had gotten out of paw and the fact the individual had lunged towards one of his children, well, that was just unacceptable. But... Winnie was a good man and he was a patient one at that even if he no longer had any trust for Ares, he still wished for her well being as any clanmate would. Taking a deep breath, Winterhymns spoke with his tail lashing behind him "Ares, I'm giving you a warning. Attacking your clanmates and nearly lunging at a child is not something I approve of nor is it acceptable. It is not ideal for the healer of the group to be attacking her own clanmates, after all. I want you to be more mindful and careful... And if you need help, seek it. I am willing to help you as well." He sighed quietly hoping that she would hear this wherever she was, his ears twitching ever so slightly. That seemed to be all he had for announcements within his own group but he had a bit more to say.

"We continue to be neutrals with Tanglewood and the Pitt. We may have a small trade system with the Pitt in the future once me and Gael agree on certain terms with it. Tanglewood, as I promised to the current luminary Elsweyr, are not to be messed with." And he was fairly certain that everyone was aware that the Coalition were their enemy and the Typhoon was their ally. He found a smile on his maw once more "Nonetheless, the Typhoon have been kind enough to invite us to some of their Easter activities. You are all free to go but I want you on your best behavior, hm?" He'd go over his mental notes as he let that bit sink in trying to remember if he had anything else to say to his group. He realized that he had covered mostly everything and nodded slowly with a gentle smile.

"Meeting dismissed!"
